I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction and terrible experience at this location.
I choose to pay outside using my credit card specifically to avoid the need to go inside.
However, after filling up my tank, I request a receipt and, to my surprise, the machine always says "out of order." This forces me to go inside and wait in line to get a receipt, which completely defeats the purpose of paying outside.
The employees at this station are paid to ensure everything runs smoothly, and it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to change the paper rolls in the machines so customers can get their receipts outside.
I have tried using different pumps each time I visit, but I encounter the same issue every single time.
Whoever is managing this location needs to get their act together and make sure all the printers at the pumps are in working order.
If this had happened to me only once, I wouldn't be writing this message. However, this is the fourth time I've experienced this issue at this station.
The main reason I choose to fill up at this station is that it is just a block away from my house, making it very convenient. However, the recurring inconvenience of not being able to get a receipt at the pump is becoming too much to tolerate.
Additionally, I have stopped using the car wash at this location because my car comes out half washed, as their car wash service is subpar. I don't recommend using the car wash at Petro Canada at all.
I sincerely hope the manager or the company reads this review and takes immediate action to resolve these ongoing issues.
Customers deserve better service, and ensuring the printers at the pumps are functioning properly is a basic expectation.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at one of your locations. On 07/19/2024, I visited the Petro-Canada store located at 3300 Woodroffe avenue to purchase cigarettes, as I do regularly.
During this visit, an employee named Pardeep asked for my ID when I attempted to make my purchase. While I understand and respect the need to verify age for such purchases, I was taken aback as this has never been requested of me before at this location. I explained this to Pardeep, but her response was unprofessional and rude. She pointed towards the door in a manner suggesting that I leave the store.
Although I eventually showed my ID, Pardeep did not apologize for her behavior. Furthermore, she refused to hand over the cigarettes until I paid with my Visa card, treating me as though I were attempting to commit a crime.
I find this behavior unacceptable and unprofessional. As a loyal customer who visits your store regularly, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Pardeep's actions were not only disrespectful but also left me feeling humiliated.
I request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I would appreciate a response regarding the steps you plan to take to address this issue.

Terrible service. The car wash doesn’t work and when you bring it to the “blonde” tanned ladies attention her reply is “oh sweetie car washes don’t remove bugs or pollen. I’m not letting you go through again”.
Thankfully the customer service line were helpful and gave me a refund. They were shocked to hear I wasn’t able to take my car through again as it’s Petro Canada’s policy. While on the phone they did also see all these google reviews for bad service and are investigating.
The touchless wash down the street got my car clean!

Didn't wash my car very well at all!
There's a lot of dirt still on my car which I can easily get off with wiping it off with my finger, not sure why it wasn't able to clean it.
Better than the touch less one down strandherd but I'm still very disappointed

The old Indian gentleman at the cashier was helpful and quite generous, he is maybe the owner not sure. he helped me with the coffee machine and was humble. The gas here also is clean compared to other stations. Positive experience overall

Wash is not good. Sometimes it leaves the car with soap, byt today in particular the car came out totally wet, the air blowers are not properly adjusted. I went to cashier for a refund and she was interrogating me as if it were my fault. " why have other customers not complained before ?" Probably you drove too fast at the end. Then she walked outside to actually see the car dripping and continued to mention that it is normal for cars to come out soaked and again said... But why other customer don't have this issue. Really bad customer service and bad experience

Cashier sold me a car wash pass on sale but the system washed but did not rinse nor dry my car even after two washes. First attempt car was not washed, second attempt car was not rinsed nor dried. I drove to complain to the cashier and she started laughing that she could not do anything. Not sure to ever go there again
