My petro canada app wasn’t working account locked. There is person working with the name harshad who literally told me call customer care at 11:40pm. I reset it after a little struggle but isn’t the ideal customer care if you are using petro canada, choose petro canada car wash at your own risk.

Not recommended for car wash!!!
I opted for their top wash for $19.20(including tax) but still the car was not cleaned. Irrespective of Petro Canada’s “Hassle free Wash Policy” to allow customer the second wash if customer is not satisfied, the cashier denied the second wash even after seeing the car is not cleaned as expected.
Never had such experience at Petro Canada before but only at this location.

Waited there for 20 mins and the cashier wasn’t there. I ringed the bell and he didn’t even bother to answer. If you can’t work over night shift don’t work.

Went for gas and a car wash. Waited 20 odd minutes in car wash line before entering it. Machine promptly malfunctions, rams itself into my fender and gets hooked. It eventually dislodged itself, dumped soap all over my Jeep and ended the wash. Cashier did not care, and would only offer a free wash.

Visited this place twice in the last few months, and both times, the car wash was out of order. Pretty frustrating, especially since I paid for a season pass and couldn't even use it here. Not sure what's up with that. And it seems like I'm not the only one—other comments mention similar issues. Hopefully (which I don't think so), they get it sorted soon because it's definitely not cool to pay for a service you can't even use

I went to get a lighter at 2 am cause there was no other place open,we asked the guy if they were open and he said no,then proceeded to serve another customer right in front of me.

No matter how much I try and time the rocker panel wash, I fail, lol. For an almost $20.00 wash and 1 regularly cleaned mini van, I'm disappointed at the level of dirt and running streaks that are left. The front of the van is usually OK. However, the midpoint and lower parts of the van never actually get clean. They just looked rinsed off. Don't even bother looking at the back door. It looks like a cranky teenager "washed" it because they were told too.Positive points: It's fun for my child and makes them happy for a few minutes. Also, it's an easy way to get a wash in these Ontario winters. Great way to blow off those ice chunks!

I have a serious complaint about the individual that works the over Night Shift, I went to the location last night to purchase cigarettes, a car had just left the gas station but when I approached the door ,he locked it and said the gas station is closed. Another black man was also denied service at the same time. This gas station and store are listed as 24-hr. I did not leave but instead then preceded to call the phone number listed on Google and the worker picked up. I asked if the store is open and he said yes, when he realized that was the caller he became very rude and said he has orders to not let anyone in, even though less than 1 minute before I arrived a group of teens had used the store. I told him he is very unprofessional and that I would be taking the matter up with management. I then called an Uber, as soon as my Uber arrived another car pulled into the station and was offered service, reinforcing my theory that this was a race motivated action and that I was denied service and entry to this establishment because I am a black man. I did not think that this would happen in my city in 2023 but it did and will make sure that the individual who was working at this location at 12:55am Saturday August 4th 2023 does not get away with form of racist discrimination.

Absolute trash and a worthless station. Every time i tried refueling here the machines never worked. Im done.Update:I was in a rush today and had to try this place again. To no surprise i saw a brand new error as soon as i pulled in, before i even got a chance to attempt to try my luck. I attached the photo. This place is the biggest joke ever.

I'll never go to this gas station. The lady works there she is very rude with zero customer service. I paid cash, but she doesn't want to accept. this against the law hope she gets fired

The attendant was very friendly and cooperative.I bought $27 worth of prepaid gas,and a 649 lotto.she was very fast in serving me,and right to greeting the next customer as I was leaving..Her name was Nandini..That is common practice with all the attendants that works there..That's why I go to that particular gas station, the service is always great..
