We had a great experience with this company. Don was very polite and knowledgeable. Penny was always so friendly and quick to respond to calls and emails.Mario and Justin were the staff replacing the windows. They arrived on time, were very friendly, and professional. They were always happy to answer questions we had along the way and kept us updated on the status of work being done.Overall, I would highly recommend these folks.

Ontario sunshine replaced our house windows in 2013. Very professional work and fair price. In 2018 one of our window glass was broken by accident, they responded right way on our call and fix the window. Job was done very nicely. The owner is very friendly , kind, and honest. Highly recommend to anyone who need window replacement, install or fix.

This is the second time we have used Ontario Sunshine Solutions and are more than thrilled with the results! The first time we installed a large 4' x 9' window and this time we had a front and back door installed. Everything looks amazing! Overall, competitive pricing, precision, friendly demeanour, and expertise make this company our go-to for all our window and door needs.

Previous Owner hired this company to replace all windows in this house. We asked them to come and quote us for the replacement of a basement window. The estimator who came out was very personable and nice. We felt comfortable with him and agreed to hire them for the replacement. The guys that came did a great job and they were very nice. Highly recommend!!!

10 years ago, Ontario Sunshine replaced the windows and patio door at the back of our house. Recently we acquired their services again to replace all the remaining windows without any hesitation. Highly recommended!

I purchased 5 windows, including 2 Bays, from Ontario Sunshine. Don was very knowledgeable and patient when answering my many questions. Penny was very efficient and pleasant in her handling of all the paperwork and additional questions. Mario is meticulous and did a wonderful job installing the windows. Very happy with the North Star Windows. They are very efficient at cutting out noise, have very smooth operating mechanisms, amazingly easy screen installation and look very nice. Can't comment on condensation or cold efficiency as it has been mild. Quoted price was very competitive. Windows and installation were well worth cost. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Got windows installed a couple years ago. Excellent service. Penny is awesome very friendly. After the installers left you didn't even know they where there. Cleaned everything very professionall.

We used services of Ontario Sunshine Services Inc. several times in the last few years. Over this time they changed all windows in our house. The last "session" was this summer and they changed for us 2 windows (one of them is a bay window) and a patio door. They did a great job. On time, with great attention to details. Everything was done very accurately, keeping the working area clean during and after the job. I also have to mention their responsiveness - when we reached out to them for this job, scheduling the job etc. - they responded very quickly. We are very happy with the job they did. And if we ever need to do any other window/door job, we will go straight to them.
