The staff fit me in their busy schedule after I dropped my car off just before close on a Wed evening with no appointment and no promises to squeeze me in (their schedule was full full full). They were able to diagnose the problem and I had my car back Friday afternoon, just in time for the long weekend.

Standard dealer location. Clean and tidy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Complementary car wash is a nice touch.

Customer service in this place is EXCELLENT!! In my last visit for service and winter-tires change, it all was done so fast I was able to stay and work for a bit at the waiting room (drinking a yummy French Vanilla cappuccino from their machine), and then I drove my recently washed car home! Carl, who is one of the main contacts, was not only very efficient and professional, but very kind as well! And for what I could witness as I waited, most staff here seem to be like that! Friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this place!! ??

The people here are friendly except one woman at the service desk counter. She makes it look like she's doing you a favour for answering what she's paid to do. I hope I don't have to deal with her if I ever go back again. Seriously considering looking at other service centers. She shouldn't be working in the service industry with that attitude.

The service department was amazing. Got my tires off and oil change done in a timely manner, knowing how busy they are! Had a problem with my rotors and they came in with a great solution and fixed it. The team here is great to deal with!

We have been dealing with a major situation requiring long distance driving and we didn't realize or car was long overdue for an oil change. I called and explained my situation and asked for ASAP. Since we rely on this car, the service manager (Jamie) said if I can come now, since you are in such great need, he will stay late with his staff to maintenance the car. It was just the oil change fee, not a big money maker for them, but really helped our situation and looked out for our vehicle (from major repair). Overall, I've been very satisfied with the service but this was exceptional and demonstrates that the staff do care about their customers.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went for an oil change today, the guy who welcomed was nice and explained to me what to expect. Last time they made a mistake and gave me the wrong price this time everything was perfect and that made sure I was satisfied. I recommend this location. I didn’t visit the sales part just the service center. An oil change is 80$. Expected time is 30 minutes. Great job
