I have been a client of Nadine’s for a decade. As an active person I have had my share of wear and tear issues to deal with. Nadine was instrumental in helping me recover from a sports related injury that left me with a torn rotator cuff and frozen shoulder. I had very limited mobility in my right arm for almost a year; could not lift my arm above my waist level. Steadily she helped me regain full range of motion through her treatments and home exercises. There were many moments when I truly thought I would not regain my mobility but Nadine thought outside of the box for the appropriate treatment to push my progress forward. It was Nadine that diagnosed the frozen shoulder component of my injury while all other health professionals focused on the torn rotator cuff. She would review my ultrasound and MRI images and advise me of things to ask my doctors to investigate why range of motion was so limited. To support my recovery, Nadine took it upon herself to reach out to my physio therapist to work in tandem on the best way to heal this injury. My physio therapist was so impressed by Nadine’s knowledge, which surpassed anything she had ever seen, that she refers her clients to Nadine. Without doubt, it is because of Nadine that I was able to avoid surgery of which there was no guarantee to regain full range of motion. I now have full range of motion back in my arm/shoulder and have returned to all activities fully. You are in very good hands with Nadine: whether its to treat an acute condition, a chronic condition or you need some pampering to release tightness and knots in your body. Before you know it, you will be her client for a decade. Do not hesitate to reach out to her; it will be life changing; no exaggeration!

I was referred to see Nadine back in July. I've seen Nadine over five times for my jaw pain. I have chronic pain in my jaw daily and have found other medical professionals, other RMTs and dentists not as understanding or proactive in treatments plans. Nadine is truly professional, friendly and understanding! Nadine is the first Rmt to give me relief and hope that my pain can be managed. Would highly recommend.
