About a month ago one of our bathroom fixture was damaged. We were unable to find a replacement part for it from the manufacturer as the fixture had been discontinued. Last year we had bought some fixtures from Multi-Luminaire and decided to try our luck with them. We are so grateful to Multi-Lumanaire for providing us with the replacement part at no cost. The staffs who served us were very friendly, courteous and helpful: One in particular was Tim Connolly. We will do business with them again. Thank you to the staff at Multi-Luminaire.

Awesome staff and selection! Did a big house reno and needed help choosing lighting options for the project. Tracey is magic! She helped us pick out everything we needed and had great ideas anytime we got stuck. Great team!

This company knows nothing about after sale service, I was promised a call from Matt yet did not recieve one for over a month, which forced me to call them. If they could treat their customers as well after a sale as before one this review would not be necessary. There were other issues involving them not properly explaining or understanding things, which is a bad sign for people who are meant to be experts in regards to lighting.

We moved to our third home. My wife bought light fixtures for all three homes from Multi Luminaire. We shop at the Nepean location on Merivale Road. Lighting Specialist Kyle McCarthy and Manager Matt Cascagnette are exceptional during & AFTER sales. I have sought their assistance after my purchase & they never fail to impress. I highly recommend that all those looking to brighten up their homes visit Multi Luminaire Nepean and speak to Kyle or Matt. You will be amazed at their customer service. Products are great and very well priced. They stand by their products. Do not try to save pennies by shopping for light fixtures online. Visit Multi Luminaire, Merivale Road.
