The service was wonderful and it went well beyond what I was expecting. A definite gem of a business and I am glad to have been able to support local. I brought an NHL jersey to have a custom name and number embroidered on the back. They did an excellent job and the turnaround time was exceptional. I would highly recommend them and if I ever need embroidery done, I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thank you!!

I used More than Just Caps Clubhouse to personalize a NHL jersey for a friend that was retiring. I spent quite a bit of time with Chris to come up with something that would be esthetically pleasing yet meaningful for our friend. Chris was super patient and gave me lots of helpful ideas. The work was done perfectly and he also was able to make an adjustment at the last minute to the embroidery because I had received some incorrect information. I would highly recommend More than Just Caps for any custom work!

Brought 3 jerseys in to have names and numbers put on. Chris helped us out and was very knowledgeable and obviously he loved his job. Got the jerseys back exactly 2 weeks later, exceptional job, they looked like new. Chris even did extra research to make sure all the fonts were accurate for the teams and eras. Great place; highly recommend.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Hands down the best place to get your hats or jerseys made. The quality is the best in the city and Chris takes his time making sure the best possible design is put on for you. He took care of my baseball teams jerseys and hats and was super easy to communicate with. We are blown away with the quality and can’t thank him enough for the hard work he put in. No better hat or jersey maker in the city. Hands down.

Placed an order for a couple of Sens jerseys: a vintage CCM and an adidas one. Chris and his team did an amazing job. Total process took about 1.5 weeks. Chris answered emails very quickly and completed my order exactly how I wanted. The embroidery was top notch. Highly recommend for all your embroidery needs!

Look no further! I've worked with Chris on one project and plan on working on much more in the future! He is amazing to work with. Very professional, very keen on detail and creativity and great with back to back communication! It has been an absolute pleasure working with him and honestly feel lucky to have done so. Finding someone to work with on custom projects in the city is difficult. Chris' work along with his eye for detail and suggestion for ideas is a rarity. Looking forward to working with him again!

I recently bought myself a pro NHL jersey and wanted to get it personalized. I immediately thought of one place, and one place only, the Clubhouse. It being a very crazy time with the pandemic and all, I sent a quick email with the details that I was looking for and within minutes, Chris had sent me everything I needed to complete my order. I dropped off my sweater, super quick and painless. Within a week I received an email that my order was up. I went and picked up my sweater and was blown away at how good it looked. I am so impressed by the level of care and quality that was taken in getting this done. The amount of preparation and quality that goes into each piece let's you know that you are dealing with pros. The customer experience at More Than Just Caps is second to none, and quite honestly a rarity in this day and age. Chris was patient and asked all the extra questions necessary to make sure that my customized gear would turn out the exact way I wanted. I’ve shopped with the Clubhouse twice (both for non-custom and custom items) and you can bet I’ll be a repeat customer as long as they’re around making products. The team here is exceptional. The quality of the custom work is unbelievably good: Their sewn appliqués and embroidery literally could not be better, and the service is incredible. Chris was extremely helpful with completing everything I wanted for my purchase. He went above and beyond to send pictures of font choices, provided useful information on choosing the right hat for my toddler, and had a super quick response time.Within all this, the hat was completed and ready the next day.I am a new customer to the store -- however I will now be a returning customer for sure, as well as telling all my friends!
