Just bought my second AirPods from this shop for holiday gifts. Marwa and Humza are the most helpful, cheerful and professional. This will definitely not be my last time buying from them. Highly recommend their products and this shop.

This is my second time dealing with this location for a screen repair first time I was told my screen would be in on a certian day and it was a week later when it showed up. Now this time I was told it would be the Thursday or the Friday so I waited until Saturday for correspondence. It's now Sunday I have called at least 20 times the last 2 days with no one picking up tue phone I have messaged them on there website with 0 response would never recommend this place. The only reason I don't go somewhere else is because rogers device protection forces you to use them.

I personally don't recommend doing any sort of transactions from this kiosk as Manager is not a honorable person after making a verbal agreement deal over the phone for a exact amount agreed upon for a price on a smartphone. Then once at store in person he decides to change his mind and increase the price.I highly recommend shopping elsewhere that will honor their agreements.

I had a cracked screen and device protection sent me to a different store. I waited 3 weeks for it to come in and was due to leave on a work trip. Device protection updated and sent me to the Gatineau site of this store. The staff were very kind and helpful but also didn't have the part in stock. So lucky me, the technician named Hamza (spelling may be incorrect, sorry if it is) and he called this location, arranged for my device to be fixed at Bayshore ans told me to meet him there later in the day. My phone was fixed within an hour and I was treated so well! I am beyond grateful and would recommend everyone go to this store. They were kind, helpful, quick and went above and beyond my expectations! Thanks again!
