Picked up a gallon of their best quality exterior paint today. Wow this stuff is wonderful. It's like playing the game on Easy Mode, which can be nice on a hot day.

I frequently go to this location because they have my file and I like the paint quality. I usually receive kind and quick help and reasonable prices. Four stars because Occasionally I have felt the customer service is lacklustre (just slightly cold/tired or at least not friendly) or judgemental (on one occasion only by a staff member I haven’t seen since).

I usually buy paint from another store but traffic was very bad and I was in the area, so I decided to go here to save time. I was very disappointed as they wouldn't take the old paint (aren't they legally required to?) And directed me to go to Lowe's (why even bother going here in the first place?), then couldn't provide me with a printed receipt - which was only brought up after I paid. This along with the poor customer service isn't in line with what I expect from a Benjamin Moore store. I regret buying anything from them.Today I went to use the paint and they had given me mat paint for a bathroom! And now I don't even have an itemised receipt for this disaster. This place is horrible.

I will never buy paint anywhere other than century paint. Been a customer for 15+ years and as a part time painter I appreciate good service and an excellent product.Benjamin Moore paint is just better than other brands. (I’ve used them all). I’ve seen complaints about pricing but the cost of paint has increased dramatically, everywhere the last 3 years. I would still rather spend a bit more money on a product that I know will give me the best results.If you’re going in to century paint to get suggestions about paint colours please keep in mind that unless someone sees a space and light, it’s very difficult to determine what would look good in your home or project especially if it’s a picture on phone you’re showing (this happens far too often). Save yourself time and energy and just get a colour consultant in to your home.Thanks everyone at Century for continuing to be excellent in the paint world!

I have usually had very good service from the staff at this paint store. However ever since the new person was hired I dread going into this store hoping she is not working that day. She is abrupt, dismissive and can't wait to get rid of me. Several times I have asked her for an opinion on a paint color issue and she would curtly say a few words and then walk away from me. Never again at this store

I asked for advice and was told to pick colours I like. I asked what would work best with my cabinets and was told she needed to see a picture so I showed her one on my phone. All she said was I had busy floors and left to go help a contractor. Will not go back to this store.

Not here since a while before pre-pandemic. Used to be best place for info and advice. Certainly not the case now. Not a good looking store. Needs renovations or completion of renovation if that's what it is!Help was not offered. Seemed to be there to mixing paint only. My questions were answered vaguely. Guess I'm looking for another Benjamin Moore location as I begin new renovation and complete painting of my home.?

Bought two gallons of Regal paint and was charged $192 including tax. Although BM paint is good quality and I’ve used it for years, they’ve priced themselves out of the market for me. I’ll be going to Home Depot from now on for a fair price.
