I went to the store to inform myself about adjustable beds, and was very impressed with the service, the information, and the prices! I purchased a frame and new mattress and after two weeks, I am still getting used to the various bed frame features. Thus far, I notice an improvement in the quality of my sleep! I recommend the product and the service at Mattress Mart.

The service at the store on Colonade Rd. was very professional and knowledgeable. The delivery service was extremely helpful, efficient, professional and they were very polite. I would not hesitate to recommend buying from that store to all our friends and family. VERY SATISFIED !!!!!

I am very happy with my purchase at Mattress Mart. Roberta knew exactly what I needed when I explained about my back ache. She showed me different options and one within my budget. My mattress was delivered 3 days later on time. I didn't have to wait around all day and the delivery guys were so efficient, they were in and out within 3 minutes with my old mattress. Would highly recommend them. 5 stars from me.

It was quick as I wanted a simple guest queen. Can't ascertain it's comfort as no one has slept on it yet, but the product was mid price. Delivery was simple and fast .no fuss .Sales person was super ?

I'd like to thanks the sales lady who was working today Oct 24th 2024 for being so stuck up and terrible to talk to that we left that store.... she even had the audacity to tell my wife and I that our "entry level bed" that we bought 4 years ago wasn't meant for 2 adults to sleep on everyday and that's why it sagged ??♂️??♂️??♂️ I couldn't believe she said that !LOL She then followed up with a rant about the warranty and that how all the beds have the same warranty but if the bed sags
More than 1.5" on a more expensive bed, they are more likely to follow through with the claim than on a cheaper "entry level bed" that in her words " wasn't meant to be slept on by 2 adults everyday ". Either way , that was the straw that broke the camels back, she clearly wasn't interested in talking to us , maybe she was having a bad day, but I was a mattress mart customer for 15+ years (that I have on file , not including shopping their with my parents in my younger years) and I left the store. I drove down to sleep country and spent over 6k in a mattress for myself , 2 for my kids and a pillow and a platforms for the bed. So thank you cranky lady because I realized today that I will never step foot in your store again because of your insane sales strategy of how to talk to a customer. You said you've been there 18 years ? Hopefully it doesn't take you 18 more to learn how easy it is to lose a sale and a long time customer .Thank you Sleep Country for the amazing service , great vibes and attention to details about how people sleep!

Such an amazing experience, had bought a bed from The brick which was delivering 2 months later, went in to get a mattress and oh boy, Joanne took her time to help us find exactly what we were looking for within our budget. And talk about the service, we cancelled our bed from the brick, got a new one, plus some additionals all in one deal! Highly recommend this place if you are on a budget or not, staff actually cares about your needs!

The sales people are experienced and thoughtful. The merchandise is as advertised. The delivery and setup crew are terrific. I've bought two beds here this year and both times have been more than satisfied with the experience.

We had the misfortune of encountering a very rude and disrespectful Mattress Mart employee named John M. (delivery supervisor?) while paying for $5,000 of beds and a headboard. The Mattress Mart system couldn't connect with our credit card provider and when the payment wouldn't go through, John M. started telling the delivery people to "put everything back on the truck, put everything back on the truck!" I called our credit card company and no transaction attempts or declines were showing and my account had lots of room. My husband immediately drove 7 minutes to the Colonnade store and used a different card, no problem. John M. was very abrupt and unprofessional to him. This was very stressful for us. We have 4 more beds to purchase for our new house, but we will be going to a competitor, not Mattress Mart. Too bad, as the salespeople and delivery people were very nice.
