Unfortunately very rude service. The pharmacist does even take the time to do research to see if products are pregnancy safe. They leave to us.

My wife and I stopped by last week to get our annual Flu shot. In some respects, things went better than expected; while in others, they did notFirst, we also wanted to get an updated COVID vaccine booster, but based upon a phone call a couple of days before, we were told the clinic did NOT have any COVID vaccineSo, then I went to book our appointments online in order to reduce our wait time at the pharmacy clinic and to save us having to complete all the paperwork. Our first surprise was that online, it was allowing to book an appointment for Flu and COVID - Great!Unfortunately, once I finished filling everything out and clicked "Confirm" (or "Submit" or whatever), it came back that there was a problem. I had run into a problem completing the form along the way and had learned that a Red/Pink Caution message pops up describing the problem so that you knew what to correctGreat, so, as there was no such message on the page I had just completed when I submitted my request, I hit "Back" (or "Previous Page" or whatever). Still no problem sited. So, back again and again, until I went all the way back to the very first page where you selected the time you want for your appointment. The time I had selected was no longer availableIt seems that when you select a time, it does not get held for you. Someone else also picked the same time and submitted their request before I did, so I lost my selected appointment slot. I was able to select a new slot (though not really the time I wanted); BUT all the information I had previously filled in was lost, so I had to start all over againWell, forget that! We decided that we would simply take our chance with a walk-inThis turned out very well. We arrived between 11:45 and 11:50. There was no one ahead of us except one person with a scheduled appointment. Nevertheless, given the paperwork we had to fill out, this was not a problemOur timing could not have been better, as quite a few people started showing up at Noon or shortly thereafter. So, showing up a little before Noon for walk-ins is definitely a good idea if you can manage itAgain, we had been told that there was no COVID vaccine on hand; so, when I got in to get me Flu shot, I asked when do they expect to get any COVID vaccine in so that we know when to return. The answer was a surprise - they did have some COVID vaccine available. So, back to the waiting area. More paperwork. More waiting; but we got our COVID vaccine boosters, too!All in all, we were in and out in just a smidge under one hour

this pharmacy is definitely more expensive than other pharmacies such as the pharmacy at Costco or shoppers drug mart, and they don't seem to call me when it's ready to pick up. so if you need to your med, you should call them instead of just waiting.

Typically really good with refilling prescriptions and helpful when it comes to refill request directly to my doctors when needed.Wait times can sometimes be within 20-30 minutes while we grocery shop, unless they’re items they have to order.Sometimes it does take awhile to get any of their attention.

This pharmacy is definitely one to avoid. They refuse to call you for ANY reason....claiming they are "busy". Well so is every other pharmacy and they have managed to pick up the phone. They are rude and completely lack any education in customer service. I actually had a staff member shrug at me when my medicine was not ready yet and told me to figure it out. I asked when I could expect it so I could follow up again...and they refused to answer and then accused me of trying to spin the situation...what situation?...the one where I was just trying to find out when I could come back. Completely disrespectful and condescending.

Zero stars. I filled out a brand new prescription and was asked if this was the first time taking this medicine (i answered yes then expecting to get some guidance on its use). Shocker- not one bit of help. I was completely caught off guard. Absolutely no help or comment at all- just have a nice day. I might as well had the prescription come out of a vending machine- computer generated responses have more information and personality. I will be switching to another pharmacy at the end of this sentence.
