I asked for a satin and got an eggshell. I know I asked for satin because I HATE eggshell and I remember saying satin to him TWICE. I didn't realize until I got home. Well, we went back, and Tim wrote down what he HEARD. NOT what I said. Had to buy two more gallons of overpriced paint. I got a 30% discount when we should have gotten it for free. We will not be returning. Make sure you write down what you want so you have proof, that's my one takeaway from this crappy experience.

I have bought paint here off and on for probably 20 years. Never had anything but great service.
I am unsure of these other cranky reviews. Giving 1 star cause you can’t wait for 5 minutes seems pretty sad.

I needed a gallon of Benjamin Moore paint and drove from Barrhaven to Bells Corners since the Barrhaven store wasn't open yet. Their website states they open at 7:30, I arrived at 7:45 and the sign in their window stated they open at 8:00. No big deal so I waited. The store still wasn't open at 8:05 so I left. The owner should update their operating times and whoever is supposed to be working at the store should be there on time. The way businesses have suffered the past three years one would think they would be more than happy to get new business, but that's only if the store is open. I will never buy anything from this location in future.

The experience here depends on who you are dealing with from the sales team. Basically from very good to being called a "dumb a.." in the face. Very wide scale of experience! I will never set foot in this place again. I gave one star since I cannot give 0 stars.
