Literally the worst customer service, they will waste your time. If the cash line looks short don’t be fooled, it takes the cashiers 10 minutes to ring one person through. Save your time and energy and shop online trust me.

All staff seem like they would rather be anywhere else. Was told at the fitting rooms to put clothes back on hangers after trying. Got to the cash to a long line up and as soon as it was our turn the cashier walked away to let us continue waiting. Customer service is non existent at this store.

The entire staff and managers need to take a course on Customer Service. I am not sure who hired these staffers just to run down this store. Disregarding the customers that shop there for tgem to have a job. I ordered a biker shorts online and when it came I can barely pull it up my knee so I decided to return it in the shop, so I can reorder online for a big size.
The young women at the cash register insisted she couldn't take that back because it was an underwear and since they don't take back swimming suit they can't. The other staff member next to her told her it was not an underwear or bathing suit but she insisted on calling the manager who took about 15 minutes to show up. She wanted the manager to come and make a decision. Manager came and said we can't take that back I explained to her I barely got it up plus it shorts it does not touch ones private parts like underwear and bathing suit does.
The manager said to me well, some people wear it without underwear meanwhile on the site this item is not even described as an underwear/under garment but rather Biker Shorts meaning I should be able to return these as long its within the return time frame.
The manager refused to process my return for policies she pulled up from the air because the policy states clearly that underwear cannot be returned but this was not an underwear. This is a very poorly managed place. When you have staff like this who won't listen on learn on the job, care for customers who keeps this place open or even pull up the item or policy for reference thats a really bad look.
I had to leave because she had made up her mind. I bought this item with my hard earned money and to treat me like that and when I ask so what am I to do with something that barely goes up she replies "give it away" the nerve and the ordacity of it all not valueing the customer at all. They all need to take a bootcamp in Customer Service.

The inability to return in store with the receipt and the item unworn is a terrible policy. How something cannot be returned in store but online makes zero sense. Thanks for wasting my time Lennon. Try to care a bit more for your customers.

Employees are really disrespectful and rude, especially the brown skinned tall manager. She was very unprofessional and really unpleasant. She was making up her own policies about the fitting room projecting her discriminatory behaviour. After telling me I’m not allowed she let another lady pass by right infront of me.

My family and I were shopping tonight at your store located at 100 Bayshore Dr, Nepean, ON K2B 8C1. My 7 year old daughter wanted to try on a dress she picked out. When we approached the fitting room, a staff member quickly ran up and put a sign in our path that said the fittings rooms were closed. When we asked why she mentioned those are the rules. The store was still open for an hour. This happened at 8pm with the store closing at 9pm. When your employee failed to provide a reason why the fitting room was closed, I asked to speak the manager. When I spoke to the manager I was told they closed the fittings rooms 1 hour before close to clean them, even though nobody was in there cleaning. This location frequently has the fitting room closed. Please read the Google reviews for this location. There are countless reviews about the fitting rooms being closed, with no immediate reason being provided by employees, similar to what we experienced.It does not make any sense that a clothing store frequently has its fitting rooms closed. Buying clothes, driving home to try them on, then having to drive back for a return if an item doesn’t fit is very inconvenient; and does not make any sense when the store has a fitting room.Is H&M corporate aware of this location having issues with the availability of fitting rooms to customers during regular business hours? Is it a corporate policy to close fitting rooms 1 hour before closing?We have been long time customers of H&M and were disappointed to have received poor service today. The closed sign was literally thrown in our path as we were walking into the fitting room. Is convenient shopping and polite customer service no longer part of H&M’s business practices?This was the first time for us to experience this. The reviews online indicate this is a recurring issue at this location. I don’t think we will be walking into that H&M for a while but I hope the next time I do show up during business hours, I can find a fitting room to use, as one would expect from a reputable clothing store.

The cashier yesterday was so rude,I picked up some items ,while scanning them out she dropped one on the floor by accident near her foot ,she said (oops) ,she didn’t pick up the item nor apologize and left it their until she scanned the other and then picked it up and scanned it out and I paid for it.This was so awkward and inappropriate.she could have picked it up right away but she Chose to leave it near her foot and then I paid for it.some manners and Etiquette can not be taught.its just common sense and customer service related.

Really great experience today. Shopping for jeans, which is always the worst. Your associate Maggie was so helpful in getting new sizes ans also explaining the differences between regular, long and tall sizes. Left with a pair of greatfitting jeans. Than you!
