“Community, fun and a kick butt workouts are what comes to mind when I think of Crossfit YOW. It's a small gym but has everything you'll need to for a great workout. Classes are a great size so that you'll get regular feedback and tips from the coaches during workouts.”

“I started training with Samay in November
2022. It's almost been a year. My experience has been really good because he will push me to my limits. I have seen an increase in my strength. I am now able to squat 205lbs. He has helped me improve my form. He also helped me with my diet and guided me on healthier eating habits. Additionally, Samay helped me learn how to program and choose various exercises for different muscle groups.
He taught me about training volume and how to adjust it.
