Bought new tires and they installed it but my old tires not returned.They booked an appointment for tire rotation (free of charge they say)but I had to cancel and rebook,but they booked for tire alignment.When I went to pick my car,I was bamboozled to be charged and I was not prepared.Luckily I had enough to pay and the other guy at customer service was not helpful at all.Imagine offering service without transparency especially when it comes to charges.Did not appreciate this transaction and yes avoid this place if you can.

My appointment for tire change was at 3 pm. Hadn't even started car at 3.40. It was after 5 pm when I got car back. No apology or reason for long wait.

Very difficult to retrieve wheels and tires. I called to request my tires from storage on October 30th, I was informed that they would be ready for pick up on November 5th. On November 9th I went to the location to pick up the tires and was told they still had the status of "ordered" and that I would be contacted by the storage manager. I was never contacted by the storage manager so I contacted customer service. After several calls and emails back and forth telling me that there was difficulty locating the tires and I would be contacted about the location of the tires as soon as possible, I was finally contacted on November 16th that the tires had finally been located. I do not recommend Kal Tire storage if you expect to be able to retrieve your tires within a reasonable timeframe.

I wanted to share my experience once again.
At first, I ran into a few service hiccups, but I’m really happy to say that my next visit was a whole new ball game.
Hammad truly went the extra mile to rectify everything and really made my experience enjoyable!
His friendly approach and great attention to detail totally won me over.

Not totally satisfied with the service and quality control at the Clyde location right now. I made an appointment online for new tires and an alignment. I showed up early for my morning appointment, dropped off the keys, and was told it should be an hour and half. I went across the street for breakfast and noticed it took at least 45 minutes to get the car inside. Finished my meal and then went back to wait another two hours before the car was ready.
Today, I found one of the tires was flat! I swapped it out for my spare and went straight to this location again to have it fixed. I was told they are really busy and asked if I could leave the car for the day, saying they could book an appointment for another day. I asked if they could see if one of the other shops in town would work better and was told that there's no way for them to tell. Feeling that all of this was unacceptable, I said I would wait. Fortunately they were able to complete the repair after about an hour and half. Turns out the tire was improperly installed on the rim, causing a slow leak.
While waiting, I overheard another customer have an issue where there was miscommunication about an alignment.
Another customer asked for them to recheck the tread after the tires were swapped, and found that two tires were installed improperly.
I know it's the busy time of year, but you folks need to be more transparent with how long things will be and have a better strategy to take ownership of problems when they arise. Hopefully things improve.

Went to Kal Tire yesterday for a noisy suspension issue. They didn’t find anything wrong with the suspension so they greased the bushings. Also they fixed the heat shield and torqued the tires. They didn’t charge me anything which was amazing. Thank you guys u made my day.

Thorough and fair. This business tries their best to provide you with the service you need, while keeping it cost-effective. They are efficient, do a great job, and are friendly and helpful. A true gem in our neighbourhood.

Kal Tire on Clyde is one of the best places to bring your car in. Service manager, Kris, Tyler, Derek, previously Rob and the whole team, you are awesome. Great service provided by the wonderful professionals. What more can I say?!

Have been going to KAL for a long time back to when they were frisby. Shane the tech is very knowledgeable, even made a house call to check on the vehicle after a small issue.

Went to do wheel alignment for my van. Kris the technician did an excellent job. Customers could see how the technician fixed their vehicles. The alignment service also came with a colored report. Moreover, the shop is very clean.

I purchased new tires last weekend and had them installed. I also booked an alignment for the same day, however the alignment person was not working. I had to reschedule the alignment for today. When they handed over my car, I noticed that I had a flat. The tire was tested and it was determined that the valve was leaking. I was told to make another appointment for this repair which should have been done on site as a priority and at no cost. I will have to have to go elsewhere for this repair which I will have to pay for out of pocket. Needless to say, I will not return to this shop.
*Edit: I had the valve replaced by my mechanic who also discovered that one of the tires had been mounted backwards.*
