Came to this location 2 times since moving to Ottawa a month ago and the clerk was grumpy and rude both times. Just today the pump printed the wrong receipt (assuming mine was stuck inside) and when i asked the clerk to print another one he got upset and looked through the garbage outside to find the wrong one I threw out and told me I don't know how to read it. It was still wrong and he reluctantly printed another. Will be making an effort to avoid this place for my personal vehicle and company trucks going forward.

After undergoing renovations over the Summer of '23, the Francis Gas Bar is now designated as a "Split-Serve" Station. This means they now provide both "Full-Serve" & "Self-Serve".There's no extra charge for the "Full-Serve" and is located at Pump#1. Pumps#2, 3 & 4 are designated as "Self-Serve".The new pumps are now much faster than the old ones were & now offer "Pay-at-Pump", like most other stations do.*Note that Diesel is not designated under "Full-Serve".

I love it, the attendant from 11:45 to close is very hot and charming, he's also my fiancee and is amazing, and always gives excellent service.
