Worst store I've ever shopped. Bought a Christmas gift for my husband but it was small. Went to exchange the following weekend and they didn't want to accept it. Note: it was 1 day past their return policy, but they didn't exchange on boxing day. The ladies were super rude, worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do not recommend at all. Low quality products and rude people.

Amazing deals for newcomers! I went to the shop today and the attention of the manager was incredible. We tried a lot of clothes and she was super patient and helpful. The prices are the lowest from the whole centre (we went to every store to check prices). The only problem that we have is that there are not too many sizes (just up to XL).

The lady manager has no quality to run the store, horrible behavior, and frequently lies to people, can't communicate properly.., .don't buy products from them ; their customer service is below standard...0 star deserves this store only for this lady manager, it's hilarious

The manager of this shop is a lady who is from the Middle East and is totally incapable of running the store. Their customer service is poor because of this lady . Highly not recommended 0 star given

The manager of this shop is a liar, thief of personal information of people and use them for hiring illegal people form middle east, ..the so called manager is a girl and don't have the quality to run a showroom, and they take huge price for products, highly recommended not to go there..and be careful of sharing personal information,..

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I went in today with my mom, looking to do a return for my grandma. Neither one of us knew that there was a no refund policy (which I think is absolutely ridiculous). Anyways we get up to the cash and the lady promptly said “we don’t do refunds”. So I turned to my mom and asked her if we just do an exchange. Meanwhile still standing infront of the cash. The lady proceed to shoe us away and say tho the lady behind us okay I’ll help you”even the lady asked us and the cash lady if we were in line. The lady proceed to wave her hand (basically saying get out of the way) and So my mom and I promptly walked out of the store and will never return. **DONT EVER SHOP HERE THEY HAVE THE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER**

Very Rude employees working there, two or three girls which one of them was manager , I asked them if the labels on their coats are accurate which was written suitable till -40 C° and all of a sudden they start arguing shouting and cursing . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

Very bad customer service ... Yesterday i purchased 2 pants for $30 but they got $32 from me.. When i asked the cashier (sana) she said its the system and she cannot return my money back and no return policy in our store .. The other cashier said its just a matter of $2 dont make a big issue and said it already happened to another customer we couldnt do anything ... ( getting $100 from a person is equal to getting $1 from 100 people .both are same ,its actually matter of money ).So from how many people they are getting this extra money and Who is responsible for that.

Went today with my partner and staff is disrespectful! We just went to the store and this muslim lady on the Cashier just check my partner bag for no reason at all! I was supposed to make a scene but my partner stop me! I would never do my business here again! Fairweather. check your staff and educate them how to talk properly!

Shop online not here. I work in the mall and stopped by on my break to pick up a kimono. I was completed ignored by the staff until I got to the cash. One lady sat on the counter and talked with someone on her cell phone the other was busy with customers doing a return but saw me in line and never bothered to address her coworker on her cellphone clearly having a personal conversation. Deplorable customer service. No tap on pin pad so I wasted my entire break in-line only to be told to come back later. I went online and ordered the same kimono for 1/2 the price and a much more pleasant experience.

absolutely horrible customer serve told me that i shouldn’t try on a medium because i would obviously fit an extra large when i am normally a small or a medium would not go back btw the medium was too big

Store is absolutely disgusting. So filthy!And yet staff was sitting around (one on the counter) chatting in a foreign language and ignoring me for about two minutes….finishing their conversation…I guess….
