Extreme racist and egotistical person by saying i wasted his time. During the time of the visit, the attack and insult never stopped by saying the amount of time I stayed in Canada and i still have accent. For all the future minority consumers I do suggest you all find someone who knows how to show respect to their customer.
Now the owner deny being racist and playing the sympathy game. I never settle for $20 but the owner harassed me non stop to pay him $20 for being late, which he did not mention over the phone and he mentioned multiple time face to face I wasted his time because he could have book another person in my time slot.
When I show him the potteries first thing that came out of his mouth was " Based on your accent I thought you can bring some Ming dynasty imitation " Than again the owner asked " How long have you been in Canada? " I Said " 30 years, why?" The owner said " oh you live here this long and you still have a accent?" If this is not racist I don't know what is.

Easy to deal with and quick to respond. Service was very good. Make sure to read the requested information on the website and answer the questions properly. Keep images as small as possible while retaining detail. Highly recommended.
