I placed an order for items 50% off end of November. They got stuck in transit early December and each time I called customer service I was on hold for long periods of time. I understand with holidays it's busy. I called today, and got through asap. The representative was very pleasant and issued a credit ( 3 - 7 days) and told me I could get it FREE due to inconvenience. Got transferred to order desk. Computer issues so process took 45 minutes! Was then told shipping was free only. 10$ savings only. Had him go to supervisor ( which took time)Only to be told there are no notes indicating items free. Ok, not his fault, let's place the order. Confirmed items and pricing ( free shipment) .Minutes after hanging up, received email with wrong items and wrong pricing!!! I now have 200$ paid out and have to wait to be reimbursed!!!I called again and cancelled it all!!Other than " I'm sorry" they did not attempt to keep me as a client.Poor customer serviceI will not be supporting this brand

I bought a winter coat at a great sale price at Eddie Bauer Bayshore. Store manager Mike and cashier Kyle were extremely helpful. Mike knew every detail of the winter coats’ features. The product quality is excellent. In early November the selection is great.

Went in to check out clearance items and sales. Bought a shirt at a great price. Staff spoke to us right away to ask if we needed any assistance. Very friendly and helpful.Store is well laid out and organized.

The clothes seem to be mainly made in places like Vietnam or Bangladesh if the labels state a source at all. Many don't. What does that mean?I get the feeling I've seen the same stuff elsewhere at much lower prices. Sorry, Eddie Bauer. I'm just not feeling the value and hiding where the clothes come from just feels dodgy AF.

I love Eddie Bauer. I have been buying from them forever (in Canada and USA where I spend a lot of time). Last week had a really bad experience. I had to deal with Mohammad for a return.The sighs, the rolling of the eyes, the lack of empathy... seriously Mohammad, please look for another job, bc this one is not for you!

The staff were awesome, they were very helpful and capable. On a side note, it makes for a great experience when the people you deal with are able to problem solve on their feet.
