Bought 2023 promaster from this place , they were great at communication first before buying , all they had to do to fill up the tank as promised and fix back door latch , failed to do so for both , asked me to visit them 3 times without fixing it and all of sudden no one respond or answer the phone , even tried their customer service first before writing review , they answer you but there's no result , from a to z they're scammers stay away from this dealership if you value your time and money , first and last time dealing with these ppl

Had an oil adapter replaced and 18 months later it ended up leaking. Called to inquire (without much hope) to see if it would be covered under warranty. Not only was it covered, but they got me in pretty much right away, and back on the road the next day! Fast, friendly, and professional. Very pleased! Thanks again Jessalyn!

When it came to replacing my older Grand Cherokee, Dante my sales representative was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. And the post purchase service has been excellent.

I’m giving a 1 star review because I called them in the morning about a vehicle that I was very interested in, I had the cash ready to buy it. I told them because I was coming from further away I wanted to know if they could get the safety ready and maybe send me a walk around video of while the vehicle was running. The sales person told me he would get back to me shortly after he speaks with the manager. Later that day I still hadn’t received a phone call back from them so I decided to call and see what the update was just to find out that they sold it to someone else. I am frustrated because I specifically told them I wanted that vehicle (which by the way he said was available at the time), and he told me he would get right back to me but just sold it to someone else Instead. Really unprofessional in my opinion.

Beware of This Dealership’s Service Department
I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with the service department at Dilawri Dodge at Hunt Club . They charged me for a part that was never installed in my vehicle. Despite having all the necessary receipts and photographic evidence, it was a struggle to get their attention and acknowledgment.
After much back-and-forth with both the service manager and the general manager, they finally admitted their mistake and issued a refund via cheque (just for the part not the labor i was charged). While I did eventually get a part of my money back, the process was far from smooth and highlighted a serious lack of professionalism and transparency.
I strongly advise anyone considering their service department to be extremely cautious. Make sure to thoroughly check every detail and ensure that you’re only paying for what’s actually done. This experience has left me with little confidence in their integrity and service practices.
Furthermore, Ryan, the Service Manager, demonstrated exceptional skill in addressing and resolving the issue. However, it is important to note that this problem should not have occurred in the first place.
