I went to get my AC/Heat fixed for my Nissan leaf and it wasn't a super easy diagnosis. The garage spent a lot of their own time trying to fix it. They were very professional and I am very happy with the service. I have been there many times with different cars and they have always been excellent.

This garage has been taking care of our vehicles for over 20 years. They get the work done when they say it will be done, tell you what can wait and what should be fixed for safety and are reasonable. The other day I pulled in without an appointment as my car was making a grinding noise (never a good thing). I had a day of errands with a longer trip planned for the following day. Mark said "no problem" and in a short time I was on my way,.... without the noise. I am a grateful customer.

amazing service and friendly staff , always happy to take the car to them its the only place that I trust to work on my car and my wifes car , on top of that because she was getting a lot of stuff done they took it upon themselves to discount her service to help her out , would highly recommend

I was recently recommended to come here as I am from out of town. My husband is a mechanic and I knew there was something wrong with a bearing half way into my drive to Ottawa. I needed someone I could trust to tell me if it was safe. I just needed the reassurance that I could get safely back to my husband’s shop in Pickering. Mark and his guys were amazing! They drove it and put it up and made sure there was no danger of play in the wheel. They were awesome and I am very grateful! They were honest and they showed me the wheel on the hoist! It’s not often that a mechanic is so willing to help out a complete stranger and my husband’s shop stands by this customer focused mentality as well! This shop came highly recommended and I can definitely support that!

Broke a brake line in my truck, called Stoddard and Mark was able to fit me in for a drop off same day. They took their time to make sure no further damage was done to my brake system given there are some hard to find parts. Honest and up front with a great final price. Excellent workmanship. Highly recommend this garage and will be going back again for future repairs.

Professional, considerate and accommodating. My engine light was on and it needed to be looked at. Mark was exceptional at understanding my current situation and was very supportive and understanding when the engine light proved to be a major and costly repair. Mark spent 3 days researching this repair (at no additional cost!) and was able to communicate to me my CHOICES in regards to the repair. Having choices made me feel like I was being supported in making a decision on such an expensive repair.This refreshing and professional manner that I experienced has earned this company my future auto repair business. Highly recommend!
