Went in looking for a decent office chair. Very pleasantly surprised by this place! Knowledgeable staff and helpful service, huge selection of chairs to try before you buy, reasonable prices. They even give you a 30 day return period if the chair isn’t a good fit for you. Highly recommend!

I was not sure about buying a used office chair.. But am I ever happy!… My chair is like brand new and I saved so much money… ( I recently was at Staples and I sat in their chairs.. Buying used is the way to go )I’ve received excellent customer service. They were very patient with me… On the chair that I bought one of the arms was a little bit loose. They let me switch for a different chair…. No problemThey have a good return policy and they were super easy to work withI can’t thank them enoughA special thanks to Malcolm… Who made sure I was happy with my purchase ?

This is the second time we've worked with Cohen for office furniture and they exceeded our expectations. In 2016 we bought furniture and set it up ourselves. This time the entire office was redone and they did the set-up. In a day they did seven work stations and desks. Our office looks like a whole new place even though it's second-hand furniture.
The staff were pleasant to work with. They have come back several times for our requests for additional pieces of furniture and putting locks in cabinets.

Walked in looking for a sit-stand desk and some office furniture. Got great help from the sales person who helped me think through my needs. Delivered on time and professionally. Tight squeeze to my office but the movers made it look easy. No nicks on the walls or anything. Very pleased. Quality almost new commercial grade furniture at decent prices.

Bought a Humanscale Liberty online & delivered within 5 days. I like how you can purchase many products online since a lot of these places only do things on-site/over the phone.
The chair is ‘used’ but looks quite literally flawless. I think people are crazy to pay full price for high-end chairs when places like this exist. Over $1000 cheaper than retail.
Easy buying process, smooth delivery, great condition; if that’s not 5 star service I’m not sure what is!

Great experience buying a lightly used office chair. Staff were helpful in explaining the pros and cons of my choice. Incredible 30 day satisfaction period, even on used products which I have never seen. Will assuredly come back for future office needs

Horrendous customer service online..or lack thereof..no one answering in chat, tried sending an email through the website and it says it cant go through..$500 dollar chair and no support..reach out!EDIT** Got ahold of the owner Mike as there was a few issues with my chair and he sent a new one. All is good. Talk to the owner if you have an issue and he will make it right.

Good place to get good office chairs at a great price. Placed an order online and it was ready to be picked up in less than a day. The pickup process was quick and easy too.
