“I am a regular Mark’s customer for several reasons including the quality of their products, quality of customer service and efficient online shopping service. Yes, I have had some dissatisfaction with a couple of products (men’s underwear and socks) but overall the quality of their winter clothing, t-shirts and products in general is very good. I would recommend to open a customer’s account to receive their special offers and discounts, which are pretty good. Also, I often order online with free pickup at the store and their service is great. Happy shopping! ?”

“I bought a winter coat at a great sale price at Eddie Bauer Bayshore. Store manager Mike and cashier Kyle were extremely helpful. Mike knew every detail of the winter coats’ features. The product quality is excellent. In early November the selection is great.”
“Small unique consignment store with some good to great designer labels. It is not overcrowded like some other consignment stores I have been in. Merchandise is nicely displayed. Staff are courteous, helpful and quite cheery.”

“Very good service on recent visit. I was unclear about exactly what I went I for at first. The paralysis of choice, perhaps, or too rushed. Catherine worked from what I had outlined. I was tactfully guided from dithering to a credible result, all discretely rather than pushily. The items I required appeared, in the size I needed, with a mildly uncanny efficiency. One thing was found for me before I had thought to ask for it. An unpleasant errand was diverted from mostly-self-inflicted clothes-shopping misery, for a very welcome change. Much obliged.”

“Found this huge Roots store on second floor of Bayshore mall. They had so many Roots products including apparel, accessories, dolls, umbrellas, handbags and lots of other things. The store was very organized and clean. I bought couple of sweatshirts and an umbrella as souvenir. Prices were high as expected for Roots products. The associate at the counter was very friendly, packed all my stuff in a lovely Roots bag. It was quick and easy.”
“I visited on Friday May 26th and had a great experience. Easy to read sale signs, quick service at the fitting room, and I had a lovely time at the cash. Brook was friendly, funny and went above and beyond when I asked a pricing question about the pants I'd grabbed last minute and forgot the price. Left the store feeling like she cared about my experience in her store. She and the other girl behind the cash counter seemed like friends more than coworkers. I went to a different urban planet the next day and it was a totally different vibe. I will be returning for future shopping to the bayshore location!!”
