Charmion is the best! As usual the massage was perfect. She is so knowledgeable and skilled at isolating the problem area, giving relief and suggesting follow up treatments and exercises to do on your own at home. She is also the kindest most giving, loving, friendly woman I’ve ever had the pleasure of getting a massage from. Just amazing!

Staff is great. I have used both physiotherapy and message therapy. They are both excellent. I love that they take time to listen and are able to give you the exercises that help each specific injury. I have been to other places in Barrhaven but this office environment feels more like home than a place of business. You know you are in excellent hands when you begin your healing process with them.
