I am very pleased with the excellent service that Capital Relamping has provided. I had to replace one of our ceiling fans which had been on our ceiling for about 30 years. The replacement fan was a Hunter Douglas and it had a light kit with it which the original fan did not. I followed the instructions that came with this fan. After my work, there were some wires left unused, and that really worried me a lot. I had followed the instructions very carefully, but those "left over wires" made me very uncomfortable. I had been given excellent service by Capital before and they were excellent there as well. So, I gave them another call and explained to them my concerns. They said no problem and asked for my address and said that they would be there sometime in the early afternoon and that is what they did. The young man that they sent was extremely polite, clean and was very thorough in examining my work. He found extra wires and capped them, but everything else that I had already done was ok. Great service, Great representative for Capital. I will be keeping their contact info that is for sure. Everything works as it should! Many Thanks Capital Relamping & Signs! The cost was very reasonable and quite happy about that being a retired senior.

I would like to first and foremost give a huge thank you to Capital Relamping & Signs. I needed signs and brochures for the upcoming elections and was indeed very clueless on what I should do. I was first greeted by Randy and Chris and Joe. They took their time to show me and educate me on what my options were, with lots of patience from their end. They were responsive, replied to.every.single.email.every.single.phone.call without delay. Randy designed my signs/brochures so beautifully that I didn't have to think twice, she provided her experience/expertise and always listened to what I wanted. I must say this was by far the best customer experience I have had in a very long time. They were professional, understanding and most of all they care about their clients. They made my life so much easier during a very busy and hectic time. I PROMISE YOU WILL BE 100% SATISFIED!!
