I went in to solve an issue for my mother who was visiting from 6 hours away and they were so incredibly helpful and didn't even charge me for the small fix they came up with. Definitely go here if you need anything!

Fantastic helpful and friendly- are just a few great things I can say about the staff. I was very nervous not knowing if I could even use a CPAP machine but the staff were experienced in helping me choose the best fitting mask for me. They also fallow up to make sure you are doing well which made the whole experience stress free from start to finish.

Horrible and awkward customer service, stood there while workers chatted in the back and then when she finally came out, it felt like I was just an inconvenience. Offered no attempt to assist or even act like she was interested in what I was looking for. Also prices are much higher than competitors as I left the store and went straight to Medi Gas. I would not return to this place.

CPAP. I have been a patient now at Capital Home Medical a little over a year since January 2023. The care I have received from Kerry and Rafael has been outstanding. They were very patient in making sure I was fitted for the proper mask and machine. Kerry Lee William’s is very caring and she really worked hard to find the right solutions for my weird shaped face. I’m just hard to fit.
When one didn’t work, she would try again and let me take home to try out until we found success. They also send reminders out when it’s time to replace masks, hoses etc. plus they even helped me complete my insurance forms and submitted them for me, which relieved a lot of stress for me. My family Doctor suggested I try Capital Home Medical. Prior to that I was dealing with Medigas at the Queensway Carleton. What a disaster that was. The first appointment was good, but try getting any aftercare at all. Each time I needed to replace a mask, or hose, they couldn’t find my records. They were no help at all in helping me get a proper fitting mask, and were no help in getting me any help when my CPAP was recalled. I spent over a year without a CPAP because of their lack of care.
Capital Medical went above and beyond to make sure I had a replacement and worked with the Sleep Lab at the Queensway Carleton to help expedite getting a Prescription so that I would be covered under the assistance devices government program.
With Medigas it was hard to stay compliant with treatment. It’s a totally different story with Capital. I could go on…but I promise you won’t be disappointed in the care you receive.
I went to the Kanata Location, but I believe the manager (Rafael Mendonca) works at both Kanata and Barrhaven.
I’m really grateful for all they have done for me.

The team at Capital Home Medical Equipment are amazing. Rafael was exceptionally helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He answered all my questions.
Finding a mask was not easy for me. I was able to try several. Every appointments were done respectfully. All the information you need is upfront. I felt supported to whole time. This is a plus as to be compliant with the CPAP therapy you really need care and support.
I finished my CPAP trial, and now my ongoing treatment with Capital Home Medical Equipment. The level of support and care has made this entire process almost fun.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for care, support, knowledge and excellent customer service.

This place is top notch. I dealt with Rafael and Kerry who were amazing. They walked me through the whole sleep test to CPAP process and constantly followed up to see how therapy was working the whole time. Every single question was answered and concern addressed. Everyone is friendly and helpful and responsive. I am so glad I went here for my sleep issue. I highly recommend !!
