First, understand that this is a smaller "community" store. It will not have everything on its shelves. That said, it can get everything available at any other store, if you are able to wait. Staff is pretty young, but that is also expected at these stores. Very convenient if you live in the community

A smaller store, so slightly less selection than others, but they haven't let me down yet.
New vehicle and had to swap out the old snow tires with the new ones... no charge. Changing my 4 stars to a 5.?

The store is really changed underneath the new leadership. It’s cleaner got a better selection of tools. Auto parts has a great parts department as well as service manager plus a beautiful new parking lot.

I Dealt with a very unpleasant manager at this location. This store should be ashamed of themselves for having someone so I'll equipped in every aspect, starting with her horrendous customer service, the way she talks and approaches customers. She has no business being a manager. I've already written an email to corporate regarding my experience with this very rude unhelpful, extremely I'll equipped manager. She should be fired, I'm saying this from my worst experience I've ever encountered in my entire life.

Went above and beyond the call of duty !?? Seriously we had such a terrible experience in drummondville Quebec ?!!! I didn't think Canadian Tire would keep me as a customer ! However Chris in the service department and Knuckles in parts they Put tires on hold for us the last four which were on sale we were driving from drummondville to Ottawa to get these tires . So we got there just before closing last night , we met Knuckles and he assured me that the tires would be there in the am I offered to pay or put a deposit on the tires he said he would just put them aside for me. I called The service department this morning at 8 am they had us come in for 10 am and by 10:45 am we drove out . Seriously appreciate all of your Staff at this Canadian Tire . You have reinstilled the faith I once had for this Canadian store one of the last of Canada's Great icons not sold out to Americans like Bill Gates !! Thanks Lisa & Becky on their Coast to Coast tour ??????
