Worst customer service ever, made me wait for a whole week for an online pickup and upon calling to get more information, was told its still not available in store. 15 mins later walked into the store and picked up the same product from store.
Went to customer service, she still said its in transit. Staff has no idea on what’s happening or what inventory they have.

Please note that this is a review for the Auto Centre and not the store itself.
Avoid using the Auto Centre if you have any sort of issue with your car. My husband brought our vehicle in 3 TIMES because the car was coughing to start. First, they told us it was our spark plugs. Charged us to replace them. One day later, coughing starts again. Then they say it has something to do with our belt. Charged us to replace them. One day later, coughing starts again. Then they say that the batteries in our key fob are dying despite having a manual start car, and that’s why the car is coughing. I’ll give the manager credit here, he did not charge us labour on our third visit. However, the car started coughing AGAIN.
The complete incompetence of this Auto Centre is disturbing. If they were honest to us from the start, that they clearly did not have the skillset to fix the vehicle, we would have gone elsewhere. The whole reason we went to this Auto Centre is because our dealership is only open during working hours and my husband and I both work. We have since taken a day off to take the car to the dealership, but that could’ve been done a month ago if not for the incompetence of the Auto Centre. Do yourself a favour, stay away.

Exercise caution when buying from canadian tire. Their warranty terms are different when selling and when you go with a complaint.Ken the manager at the Huntclub road centre in ottawa has a cocky way of saying " some of our products are not guaranteed at other stores and even in ours if we have a local arrangement with a vendor - never mind what our warranty terms say . On the other hand Dave from the barhaven centre disagrees and says they will warranty a product even if bought another canadian tire store .

Due to a glitch in their systems, my Roadside Assistance plan that was paid for months didn't go through, putting my family in risk of getting stranded without service (or having a big hassle to get one). Just recently I suspected something was off since I didn't receive the welcome package, just to contact them and find out about the situation. Unreliable. This was 91 days ago. Not doing business with them anymore.
From Customer Service: "Upon review of your membership that you requested in June, it was discovered there was a system issue and the plan was not enrolled properly. We apologize that this has happened."
