Worst retail experience, That’s saying something as I work retail and I hate using it in a negative way. Good prices and iv never had a bad experience there. But today made me not want to go back. I already tried writing the hole thing but not enough room on this. I thought I might have been over reacting but my friend was waiting for me and had come in to ask what was going on and what was happening as he had read 3 chapters of his book!

Wonderful experience. Oksana helped me a lot. Was there to buy cargo with her marketing skills end up buying 30 items. Lol . Best shopping of my life. Oksana helps and patience really helped me a lot.

The manager was so rude, I never have been so appalled before. She made her worker tell me to leave when I was going to buy things, this was extremely unprofessional and I was shocked, will not be shopping here again due to her until she gets fired

Me and my friends got kicked out and banned for no reason. We were just shopping when we got told that we must leave the store and that security was on their way. When we asked for a reason why, the manager claimed that we were “loud and disruptive”. She also completely lied to the security and said we were arguing when we simply asked why we were being kicked out. Horrible customer service and would rate lower if i could.

If I could give a lower rating I would. I went in with the intention to get a couple items, I went towards the change rooms to try them on and was told I had to leave the store and that security had been called. No warning no explanation, was them later on told I wasn’t allowed inside the store for no apparent reason. Terrible customer service and very disrespectful manager me nor anyone I know will definitely not be going back there again I am beyond disappointed.

My daughter and her friends visited the store today and they were kicked out for no reason with also security being called on them. They had only been in the store for a very short period of time and the manager ordered her employee to kick their group. She also refused to talk to them and give them a reason for why they were being instructed to leave. Very disappointed with this experience and will not be visiting again.

The staff is very rude and unwelcoming. The short black lady with yellow curly hair was so unprofessional! Her employment should be terminated! I felt very judged and threatened in this store. I’m very disappointed with my experience and will not be returning unless you guys get better staff.

Got 2 security officers called on me and my 2 friends for simply existing and taking our time shopping at this store.
A short lady with yellow curly hair went out of her way to lie on the phone with security saying i was at the store for “like an hour” and it was making her uncomfortable?! I also overheard talk of searching my bag. We were very kind when talking to the staff and well behaved, i was in disbelief that security was called on US. The experience was horrible, extremely rude and unwelcoming.

Horrible staff! They accused me of stealing and called security on me because I was “taking too long” to shop! And the short sales lady with yellow curly hair lied to the
security to get them to check my bag! Not to mention, all the employees kept staring at me which made it very uncomfortable to shop. Never shopping here again.

(Loyal customer for 3 years) The Lady with yellow curly hair was extremely rude. This type of behaviour is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Unless i don’t see her there, i’m not coming back to shop at bluenotes. I have never been treated this badly in my life!

Worst customer service, today I went there and the sales lady with a golden yellow curly hair was very rude, it was so disappointing for me. I was about to purchase something from the store but because of her attitude towards the customer made me not to purchase anything from the store. I haven't seen anyone like this, so disrespectful. If the store does not meet it's target it's only because of her!!

Great prices on quality jeans and other clothing and accessories. This store also has friendly staff that are happy to help which is a rare find in retail stores today.

Today at 4:24 pm I had the worst experience in the store. I asked the women for help finding certain pant size and the women was like it's in the pile here find it. After she went up to the the front and was chitchatting with someone on her phone after. Very unprofessional customer service.
