I bought some few items at the store and one of your cashier told me one the dress was final sales and the other ones could be returned within 30 days. She stamped the receipt and I went for a return today I was told I can’t return because it is final sale. So because of the discount on your items someone can’t return it. It’s so bad transmitting false information to customers to be embarrassed Infront of people.

THIS has to be the best ardene i’ve been to.
They had so many clothes and shoes options and there’s really nice pieces for plus size girlies.
I would definitely be going there more often.

All the staff were nice except for one who had glasses, she kept bothering us when we were in the change room. We both went in the change room and she aggressively knocked on the door and threatened to kick us out for going into the change room together. After when we were leaving she stared at us with a dirty look. We will never be shopping at this location due to her aggressive behaviour and I recommend everyone reading this review to do the same and avoid this location.

Worst place ever. I bought a product then came the next day because the product was broken and tried to explain but the lady was so rude and said well you can't return it because you opened it. (Not used at all and when you open the package , broken pieces fall out). Worst experience. Don't go to this place.

Hands down the BEST Ardene in Ottawa. Its not only spacious but its always so clean. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I’ve seen one of the ladies there fairly often and i asked for her name (Katia) because she is just SO sweet and she’s super attentive. I will always be coming here for my clothing. It’s so versatile so I can really get all of my essentials in one place - and it’s just such a great experience every time. 10/10

Great sales at Ardenes (like always). Got a great pair of jeans half off. There's always something to find at this store. Have been shopping at Ardenes for over a decade now and love checking out any new stock they get.
