“As most reviews have already mentioned, I can't express how genuinely kind and patient everyone at Medici is.
When my daughter was in treatment for leukemia, they went out of their way to accommodate the dosing so I didn't have to continously experience long (although understandable) wait times at Kid Care Pharmacy post chemo treatments. It was a game changer.
They're always understanding and open minded when approaching questions and concerns.
So lucky to have them in our little village ☺️”

“I'm so lucky to have found this pharmacy. After finding out about a nation-wide backorder issue for the life saving drug required by one of my family members, the Shoppers pharmacy told me to figure it out and try to find stock elsewhere myself.After calling a dozen pharmacies who told me they could not help me, I luckily reached the Orleans Compounding Community Pharmacy. The pharmacist went above and beyond to help me secure the prescription we needed, took care of transferring my prescription and insurance information over from Shoppers, and had the prescription ready in less than 24 hours.The pharmacist made this otherwise incredibly stressful process smooth and offered exceptional, personalized customer service.The pharmacy is clean and there was no wait time in line upon arrival. The pharmacist went above and beyond to appease concerns about ensuring the drug was the exact one required by proactively sharing the DINs for the medication and really soothed our concerns.I am happy to have found this pharmacy and will never go back to a big store pharmacy again! “This pharmacy has always gone the extra mile for us. The team and pharmacists are wonderful, caring, compassionate and professional. I have always been satisfied with the services here but more particularly, I had been navigating our difficult medical system all week for our daughter and came across a situation where I needed a medication for her asap. I finally had the prescription in hand and even though they were closing within 20 minutes, the pharmacist filled the prescription right away, without hesitation. He was so kind and sympathetic - I cannot recommend this place enough.”

“I go to Costco to get my prescriptions. Unfortunately the prescription I have is on back order. So they called me to call another pharmacy to fullfull my presctiption. I called a few pharmacies in Orleans. Some of them don't even want to entertain me. But when I called Orleans Pharmacy, the lady who answered was so HELPFUL and asked me all the informations she needed so she can forward the medication that I needed to Costco. “I've known this pharmacy since birth! My parents, my grandparents, my uncles and aunts, myself, we all go here. The pharmacists are super nice and dedicated to do a good job. Very professional and honest. It shows they want to make people happy and healthy. Pascal and his uncle Lou work here. They own the place. They also saved me from having a severe allergy. My doctor prescribed me meds I'm deadly allergic to. I love these people. Today it closed at 3pm it I recall correctly and I needed medication. They went beyond and brought me my meds with their driver. I'm so lucky and honored to say this is my pharmacy. I highly recommend this place if you need support and a good place for medications. They also remember and know almost everyone by heart! I appreciate you guys, thank you for everything!”
“Recently I was at this jean coutu and was told to go to reception for the bathroom key. I wasn't sure where the reception was so I politely asked a laboratory clerk for help and she didn't seem happy as if I was disturbing her. She told me: << it's not a key but a code >> but I didn't know since I was told a key. When she was doing the door code, she let out a big sigh.I gave 4 stars because I usually have good service but I am simply disappointed with this experience.”

“This is a fairly large Rexall.The first thing I noticed about it is that it has reserved parking spots out front for customers who are 55 years old or older. I pointed them out to my mom (who I was with on my most recent visit to this Rexall) and she thought it was cool, haha. She said she'll tell my dad so he can park there when they go, lol. The store is big, bright and clean and well stocked. I like that they have their clearance racks at the front of the store. As y'all know, clearance racks are my favourite place to shop, so I appreciate having it there as opposed to buried in the back of the store where I have to go looking for it, lol. This location even has public washrooms, which are pretty rare for drug stores. I think this is one of the bigger and more modern Rexalls in the city. It's in a plaza, so lots of free parking.”
