Awful experience, think Pretty Women!
I was with a friend looking for a Mother of the Groom outfit and the two ladies in the store ignored us on entering then continued to chat while I waited by the desk. When I chose something to try she asked me, in a very condescending manner, if I was OK with the $560 price tag. When I chose another dress to try, not my size but I wanted to see if it was something that would work, she replied ‘only if I have a fitting room available’ where was I going to try the first item?
She then took the two items to the changing area, hung them outside then went to serve another customer. Leaving me, once again waiting.
I walked out.
Even more annoying I had called the day before to check they had the sort of thing I was looking for and she assured me she did.
Don’t waste your time.

I happened upon this store recently and am so happy to have found it. The owner is so friendly and welcoming and the variety of stock - the colours and style, just makes me happy. I bought a few things while I was there and then ordered a sweater online that I realized I needed. It came so quickly. I have this store bookmarked as a go to now.

Went in looking for a specific item. The owner was working. She went straight to rack, didn't ask what size I was looking for. I was behind her.. she quickly looked back over her shoulder. Reached in, got my size, and exactly what I was looking forPut me in a change room and continued to look for items for me to try. There were 2 other ladies the store and I could tell they were known customers. I was not. It didn't matter. I assume because I was there first. There really was no need for her to look any further. She hit it the first try. I spent $100.00. She made me feel like I spent a million..I was in and out less then 10 minutes

We were at the store not too long ago as we like coming in see all the new clothing line. They have fantastic deals on some in store specials. The staff here are very friendly very courteous and very helpful and helping you find what you're looking for. The store is located at the Four Corners in Napanee there is parking up front. This is a great customer experience you must try when shopping for your next clothing needs

I had a wonderful experience at this store! Eighteen months ago, I was looking for an outfit for my daughter's wedding and Touch of Class had been recommended to me by a friend. I was helped by several ladies, who brought me a constant stream of dresses to try on, offering suggestions and shrewd advice as they did. I finally narrowed down my choices to two dresses; I liked them both so much that I bought the pair of them! My shopping gurus at Touch of Class then helped me choose accessories to complement the dresses. As it turned out, I wore one outfit to the wedding ceremony, and then changed to the other for the reception! I would highly recommend this store not only for the selection and quality of the merchandise, but also for the helpfulness and expertise of the staff.
