Mike Airhart and his team at McDougall Insurance genuinely care about their clients. You never feel like a number, you always feel that you are their only guest of the day. They don’t recommend what you don’t need, yet are careful that you are covered. I recommend them for all your insurance needs. As a business owner when I had a ceiling leak Mike and his dad Chuck personally came that night to make sure we were up and running the next day. Who does that? These guys do.

Consider working with Todd Grant, one of the Agents at the Napanee Office. In an age where everyone wants you to do everything on-line, Todd offers personalized, top notch Customer service,. Phone calls are returned promptly. He always seems to be in a good mood! Although I hope to never have to make a claim, it's good to know that Todd is a phone call away...with no long waits on hold!!
