“Top notch knowledgeable staff. Quality food. My dog was neutered and they stock SOFT recovery suits which is excellent for my min. Poodle . No need for any kind of cone. We tried them all but this was SO MUCH BETTER for our min. poodle and about the same price as the fancier cones. They were very helpful to find the right size. Poodles are slim with relatively long necks so all coats tend to be too wide for their length. I just sewed a couple of pleats on the back leg openings. SUITICAL RECOVERY SUIT recommend and Global pet store Ancaster.”

“Our cockapoo always enjoys coming to the store and the staff are very friendly and helpful with a good selection and reasonable prices for the most part.More recently, we took our dog to be groomed here. Our dog had a very poor experience with our last groomer and we wanted to try here. Isabella was so amazing with our dog!!She took great care to make sure he was comfortable and did an exceptional grooming job. You can tell she really cares about the animals she is grooming. My wife was saying how kind and playful she was being with him when she didn't even know my wife had arrived.She was also very clear in communicating about how our dog was doing and any issues. This was such a refreshing experience after our dog's prior traumatic experience at a different groomer. We will definitely return for all our dog's grooming and highly recommend Isabella.”
