The service is okay but the contract terms and pricing are unreasonable. The worst thing is that no one in the management cares about customer care. As others have said, just cut/paste kind of responses and no real problem solving in this company culture.

I'm a person with disabilities, I hire a local kid to take my recycling to the curb. Today is bit windy and few 15 liter water bottles blew 4 feet away from the bins. I can't believe what a lazy driver you hired, couldn't pick them up.

awful, charge for service not completed on a regular basis, poor excuses, no refunds, cut and paste useless responses. complete ignorance as a whole
