This pharmacy has gone down hill big time. It used to be a great place to get prescriptions. Now they fax refills to the wrong doctor or fill the wrong formula for a prescription. Also, it almost impossible to call and speak to anyone. When you go in to the pharmacy the Pharmacists look confused and are slow as slow can be. I would give this place a 0 but it’s not an option. I’m switching to IDA

I had previously given a bad review hastily while having a bad experience. It was with one of the pharmacist helpers and although I didn't enjoy my experience.....today the pharmacist asked about the review and was professional and courteous about the whole topic and apologized. And that right there is the point....she took the time and said something. Greatly appreciated.

Another terrible experience at this pharmacy. Poor service and no explanation for a new prescription. Rude. Just terrible.

Just took back a box of medication that was dispensed after the expiry date. No apology but they replace it They charged me almost 100 bucks too it is ODB co pay season. Have dealt with this location for many years but I am sure looking elsewhere after this debacle.

Every time I go in there it takes absolutely forever and I have to argue with them just to get my medications. Its the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Absolute joke.

They never answer the phone, service is terrible. The pharmacist asked if I had taken the perception before, I told him yes and he proceeded to explain to me how to take them.

Incredible rude staff! Smart mouth comments, when people just need help. How can you have a position helping people, but not help people? Absolute mis-managed nightmare. Also, expensive dispensing fee.

Terrible experience trying to get the advertised Covid vaccine here. For my first shot, I was placed on wait lists longer than any other pharmacy in the area, then told I could come in the next day after I called weeks later just to check where I was on the waiting list. Later, I called to schedule my son's first shot, was given an appointment, then called to confirm and told that I was given bad info and they weren't giving the vaccine for teens at that location, an hour before I came in for his appointment. No apology, just' sorry you were given an appointment for a vaccine we don't have'. Same process for my second shot as for my first--told I would be on long waiting list, then called to check on the wait after a few weeks and told to come in next day. Upon arriving on time, I was told given some story about the doctor giving vaccines being unavailable, and the doctor there not being certified. I was gobsmacked at the dismissiveness over an appointment being cancelled after I'd made the drive in and was standing there. Again, no apology, just, 'we can't do it in spite of the fact that you have an appointment and are standing in front of us to honour it'. He showed me a list with my name crossed out as if I'd been called or contacted before coming in for a cancellation. I had to ask what I should do and got a shrug and an arrow drawn from my crossed out name to what I imagine was a new waiting list, although he said he didn't know when they would be giving shots again. Deeply disappointing and outrageously unprofessional service. I walked down the street and found a pharmacy that seemed to have some idea of how a business should run and booked an appointment for that same week.

On several occasions, it seems that the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Again, I was told that prescription would be ready and it was not. This time despite having been told that Dr. faxed in prescription on Thursday and that it would be ready Friday, I was told today (Sunday) when I arrived to pick it up, that they didn’t have Dr.’s prescription. Which is it? Had to wait a half hour for them to sort it out. On top of this, they have shortened their hours and increased their dispensing fees by $1.00. Very disappointing all around!
