Amazing service! Brought my vehicle in because someone keyed the back hatch. They repainted it and got it back to me in three days! Not only did they do a great job but they also gave my interior a wipe and cleaned my floor mats! We have more work coming their way because they did such a great job. Thanks!

Excellent and friendly service. Delays in getting replacement parts to complete repairs. Carstar kept me informed on the status of the parts and finished the repairs as soon as parts arrived.

Amazing work. No bubbles in paint. Noticed a small mark on car when I came to pick up. Andrew came right out and worked his magic to make said mark dissappear. Very satisfied with the work from CarStar. If someone decides to hit my car again, I WILL bring back. :)

I just received my car back after a minor accident. The work looks perfect (was all cosmetic damage). Paint matches exactly. I was pleasantly surprised to find they cleaned the interior & exterior! Melanie & Dave (??) were wonderful to deal with. Took the vehicle in on a Thursday mid morning, got it back Tuesday mid afternoon. A+++ service & attention to detail. Would highly recommend.

Mount Forest carstar is amazing!! We got into an accident and I had my mother and daughter in the car heading to sick kids. It was a very stressful and confusing time as the accident wasn't our fault and we were trapped in Mount Forest with no car. Not only did they let us sit in their waiting room to stay warm with all our luggage but the wonderful woman at the front desk went out of her way to help us get a rental through them without having to find a ride to Listowal. If I lived closer to Mount Forest I would use them for all my needs and concerns with my truck, sadly I do not but I hope this message tell other people that when you go there they not only car about doing their jobs, they go out of their way to help others and with a smile on their face. Can't thank them enough for all they did for my family
