Really unimpressed. We’ve been customers at Upper Canada for 8+ years, and we won’t be going back. My husband was blatantly told he was wrong about several issues with his truck, on several different occasions. Fast forward to taking it to Riverside, turns out- he knew exactly what he was talking about. Everything he suspected was happening was confirmed, and they are going to cover it under warranty. It’s really, really unfortunate that our local dealer didn’t take the claims of their customer seriously, and that we won’t be able to continue to give a local business, business. We aren’t happy to have to take our business elsewhere, but Riverside has earned 2 new and loyal customers.

Great staff. Honest and dependable. My key for my car was broken and was loosing my key a lot. So even if they did not have the part in stock they took the time to glue it up until they receive more in the comming weeks. Thank you!

Great Customer Service. I had issues with our vehicle and the Service Department and Technicians took our vehicle in immediately. We had just returned from the Winchester Hospital and got the issue solved and we were on our way. Highly recommend Upper Canada Chevrolet.

First time dealing with this dealership, and I couldn't be happier. They had a nice Camaro convertible in their used car inventory(pic attached), so I contacted the dealership and was put in touch with Kyle Challis. Absolute first class sale's person. Courteous, prompt, polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this dealership and in particular Kyle if you're looking for a new or used vehicle.

When in for oil change and tires rotation did not notice right away noise front left wheel music lound wind noise ect.finaly my wife said there is a noise in front.so I stop to look around wheel nut were loose tighten them noise when away.call service and talk to service she said must be some kids fooling with your wheels.she not take any responsibility for the problem another words it was my fault they also told me my ball joints were done needed replacing tight away.had them check by another mechanic said couldn't find any problems.so you can draw you're own conclusion.me I think there are dishonest. But thats just me.

Had a transmission over heat while traveling down the highway. Luckily it happened as I was passing Morrisburg. I have a GMC Yukon...they took me in one hour before close, pinpointed the problem and scheduled the work for first thing next morning when they got the parts. So a transmission filter and fluid change and a transmission cooling rad installed for $500. So fast and friendly service for a great deal.

Still waiting on replies to emails sent on their website. Some nice looking vehicles, but their website really needs updating for used vehicles. Update, in to see them for Vehicle sales, they know that website is not being updated with used vehicles, over a week now and still waiting to hear back on used vehicle information from my visit, not impressed.
