Went to Roy's service center for the first time today. The time attention that was given to me was amazing. Full comprehensive report provided with what was good with the veh and what they recommend be fixed. No pressure. Thought my veh was worse off then what it was. Highly recommend these competent professionals

I am new to the Shelburne area and needed to get snow tires on my car so l decided to check out Roy’s Autopro. Well the price was right, service was excellent and the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful highly recommend this outlet.

Pulled in with a damaged trailer tire. They looked at it immediately and sent a staff member to a local trailer tire distributor right away. The tire was replaced quickly and with care. The cost was reasonable.
Would definitely recommend this place.

I found Roy’s to be extremely trustworthy and offer quality service.
Before I moved to this area over 26 years ago, I had heard of Roy’s. I have never been disappointed nor will you???
Most recently I experienced a situation where extensive trouble shooting led them to replace a part which was important. The process was transparent and fully covered under warranty.
Once again my highest recommendation to the staff and management at Roy’s.❤️

The worst experience ever had is at this place, I hope this place train their personal how to treat customers with respect. I brought my car to fix a tire, the tire couldn't be fix, but got charged anyway. As they handed me the keys, I realized that the remote was open with the battery missing. As I asked them about the remote open and the battery missing, they told me the remote was not open when they gave me the keys while still standing in the office. As I continued to argue, they told me to leave their premises else they will call the police and they did. As the police arrived then the technician came in with the found battery. I can't believe this will happen to a first time customer anywhere except they have no respect for me as a black man. Hope this will help you chose a better place to service your vehicle than this place.

Did my oil change in here and their service was great!!!! The owner herself dropped me to my work when they were doing my oil change. They even did a full car inspection and gave me advice on how to maintain the car.
