We recently visited this Zara store and there is an employee. She is African origin and racist towards customers. We spoke to the Manager, he apologized on her behalf. She disrespect the customers and have no manners. Not sure why people like her work in customer service when they cannot really serve the customers.

Palak was really really rude to me and my friends she started yelling at me in front of everyone when I told the manager about her behavior she took her stand rather than descalating the situation and understand me and my friends they both got tempered worst experience
