“I've always been a little intimidated going into the fragrance section at Holt. I know my stuff, but a lot of the time, sales people make you feel stupid for not knowing certain fragrances and are very pushy. I went in last week to check out some Byredo fragrances my best friend has been raving about - and came across Jordan Stamina(?) Frist off, he was literally SO welcoming, warm and fun. From the moment I walked in, Jordan made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was genuinely interested in what I liked, asked thoughtful questions, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. We had a great conversation about the different notes in Byredo fragrances, and he even shared a few of his personal favorites, which made the experience feel really personalized. I ended up finding a scent I love, all thanks to Jordan’s knowledge and kindness.
If you’re ever at Holt Renfrew looking for a fragrance, do yourself a favor and ask for Jordan—you won’t be disappointed!”

“I always find the service and selections excellent at the store and I’ve been shopping there for years. You have to search a bit for the styles and size you want but it’s worth it for the bargains that you can find on high end brands. Size 8 is the most common here because that’s a sample size in the industry. I was surprised to see some negative reviews about the customer service, because the owner has always been very friendly to me (and others) while I’ve been there.”
