Excellent store in which sizes of the clothes sorted for you by them so that saves time while you’re shopping for clothes. They always have sales on cosmetics & clothing, moreover the housing decor stuff collections out of this world!!! Nice wide parking outside.

Employees making jokes about the manufactor defects, as they assumed them to be, while trying to assemble the sofa then they pushed, dropped and smashed a mirror near my child. It could have been a very dangerous situation. Lucky I was attentive to our surroundings and the behaviour. Unsafe and unfocused furniture assembly staff. The rest of the store was as usual.

I recently visited the Winners store during the final clearance sale, and I had a very disappointing experience. My sister found a skirt she was interested in, and we noticed that the ticket was created in April 2024, meaning it should be 70% off. We asked for a price lookup just to confirm the discount.
Initially, I wouldn't have minded if the skirt wasn’t 70% off, but what truly upset me was the poor customer service we received. We spoke to the manager on duty, who I believe was named Sonia. She had short hair and was wearing a pink blouse and black pants. When we asked her to confirm the price, she simply stated that the price was correct based on her knowledge, without bothering to do a lookup. When we asked if she could double-check, she refused, which I found quite unhelpful.
Later, we approached another employee working in the furniture section. She incorrectly informed us that the skirt had the correct number of stickers, claiming that only three stickers were needed. We pointed out that there were other products created in May with three stickers, which contradicted her explanation. It made no sense that both items had the same number of stickers, yet the one we were interested in was brought in a month earlier.
As we continued shopping, we passed by the manager again. We made eye contact, and she frowned at us. I understand that she may have been having a bad day or was exhausted, but as a representative of the store, it is crucial to maintain a welcoming and kind demeanor. Unfortunately, this was not how I felt during my visit today.
Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I hope that Winners takes steps to ensure better customer service in the future.
