Good morning,
Product is very poorly made, and the company stop honoring their warranty by not sending anymore people to fix the dryer, and the people they sent could not fix it.

Hi,
We bought one of their dryers, which doesn’t dry clothes unless you run the load for 2 to 3 cycles. We have had 5 technicians come and try to fix it so far, but they just give an opinion, or try something, and then leave.

Junk. Do not buy. I bought a stove from them last year and the knobs have broken on the panel. They want 50$ plus tax to replace them. Of course they are not under warranty.
