You treated my mom like garbage when she called to get service on her car that did not have heat. Then whom ever she had a conversation with said that she treated him bad. This a failed customer service and pure arrogance from two workers. If you call service make sure you have no accent. If you don't speak Italian you will never get service

I am a senior and I must say that this is the most HONEST garage I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. Their prices are more than fair. Maybe not the cheapest but certainly more than fair for their level of expertise and honesty. Taking time to explain to me what and why they were doing - even my son (who is skeptical about all things & shops everything for price) admits hands down they are the best and their level of expertise is remarkable. Thank you Bogdan, Luca, Ryan, Bob, Eric and all the team at the back who are incredible young men who are being trained by the best. We will always miss Mike but we will never forget him & the team there now will make him proud.Mary Ellen C.

I’ve worked here for about 6 months they are very unorganized over charge and are rude a lot of the young guys skip basic steps for example checking fluid levels such as coolant and looking for leaks when bringing your car for an oil change

I phoned today to inquire about getting safety done on my car as I am thinking of selling it. Bob was on the other end of the phone and let me know that it would be $130 plus tax. I made an innocent comment saying “wow that’s expensive” I have not done safety on a car for a long time, I really didn’t know what to expect. Bob’s next response was to scuff and say “well you can go somewhere else”The professional thing for Bob to have done is to let me know what the service entails and what I am paying for. Instead I was met with a nasty attitude.I’ve used West end for years and always recommended them to family looking to get work done. But to hear how devalued I was as a customer, I will be taking my business somewhere else. As you already know, there are a lot of people doing what you do.

Nothing but positive experiences every time I’ve taken my car in. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. I’ve had other places make you feel silly for not knowing all the car terminology, but these guys get it and explain stuff in plain language.

Horrible customer service at this place. I called to make an appointment for an oil change and the guy on the phone said to do it somewhere else since it's not worth their time just to do an oil change.Ps: I have done an oil change here in the past & would have gone to do other repairs but after this experience this shop cannot be trusted!Book definition of terrible customer service!

Bob and the rest of the staff where so incredibly kind and accommodating to my ever changing schedule! I needed new tires but I was only in town for a couple of days, Bob made magic happen for me! I dropped my car off at 8pm using the key drop off and had it back by noon the next day. I left with a great set of tires and a new favourite auto shop. I will absolutely be coming back :)

My go-to auto mechanics. Convenient for drop off when taking the GO train.Straightforward, good service, and with my older vehicle shop around for me for the best deal on parts.The only issue is that they get ridiculously busy during winter tire changeover season so it's hard to book an appointment.

1st time here.....went in to inquire about a bulb replacement for my headlight. They quickly determine which bulb I would need and installed it for me. was done in under 10 mins. fantastic service. thank you!
