I'm using if for online ordering, but the people make this place amazing. They go beyond their duty to help out. I got suggestions from Karen that helped me find a doctor, she helped me with finding medication, and I got personal notes with every delivery to my door. Wish every place had such customer service

Impressive turnaround of prescriptions considering we live over 400km away from Mississauga. Well.ca deliveries have become important to us for saving time: Our local pharmacy in town closes at 5 on weekdays, and the closest Shoppers Drug Mart is 70km away. It's also nice to be supporting a business not owned by the Weston family.

I switched to this pharmacy for the convenience of delivery, and it is always prompt and reliable. I've been very impressed by the customer service as well - the pharmacists go above and beyond and are kind and compassionate.

Well has been my favourite pharmacy by far! The pharmacists have great communication and will call you as soon as possible if there is a concern. Delivery is quick too. Overall I recommend it!

Never fails to satisfy! Knows me by name. Contacts me as soon as my prescription is faxed from my doctor to the pharmacy. Minimal wait times. Thorough prescription advice. Competitive pricing. Cheaper than most. Convenient next day delivery (no weekends) to my front door. Five star customer service.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. The pharmacists will regularly call me back and either confirm my prescription, or let me know if they're having any issues with my GP's office. Have often gone over and above when in a pinch and need something quickly, as well.

We reside in Ottawa and have been using Well.ca for pharmacy since pandemic. They offer free next day prescriptions delivery via Fedex and video chat pharmacist appointment for prescribing certain medications. Highly recommend Karen Leung and she can understand Cantonese as well.

I started using well.ca for my medication delivery back when I lived in Toronto. They were always very friendly and prompt. I've since moved up north and I now live in the middle of a forest at the end of a long dusty road and they still very friendly and amazingly prompt.

I have been dealing with Well.ca for about a year now and I have had no problems. The pharmacist are very friendly and easy to deal with.I would definitely recommend using them. My prescriptions arrive within one day. If there is a problem due to the amount of medication, they always call.

Switched to this pharmacy some time ago. The pharmacy staff are very responsive and professional. I highly recommend them especially for individuals with mobility problems as prescriptions are delivered.

This is such a great pharmacy! I've gone through several for my prescriptions and I can say that the staff here are so kind, very helpful and they are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I never have to wait very long on the phone, prescriptions get delivered to my door for a very low cost and it's super convenient! I will continue to use them and highly recommend their services. 5 stars!!

I switched to well.ca for convenience. Everything from transferring prescriptions to ordering refills has been a breeze. I recently needed medication delivered urgently and they were incredibly kind and helpful in a stressful situation. Truly the best pharmacy experience! The pharmacists are so lovely and take the time to explain new medications information. They are so accommodating with regard to shipping and dealing with insurance companies.
