This place is okay as the main room is small and most of the games are single player so don’t think of getting a good game that a group can enjoy playing together. The staff was nice but the games just aren’t worth the time, money and experience.

Great intro to VR. Technical difficulties which weren’t corrected until halfway through the session. No compensation offered.

When we arrived the gentleman working there did not seem to know we were coming even though we reserved our time online. He initially thought we were a different group that just arrived early.
We were a group of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and we booked the Best Four option. Each person was setup in their own room - 1 of the rooms was actually just the reception area where people can walk in while you are playing. My daughter was placed there and said 2 people walked in and waited on the couch while she was playing and the gentleman who served us proceeded to engage in conversation with them there. I find that to be unacceptable, there should be privacy for the player.
The other 3 rooms are small and had furniture, tables or other objects around the perimeter so if you are not careful when playing you might bump/walk into them.
We only found out while being setup that the package we chose could only accomodate 2 players max in a game and had to be connected under the same wifi. Website notes 'multiplayer' which is a bit deceiving.
Limited instructions also given on how to use the controls and most of the games I played had no instructions and I had to figure out how to play via trial and error. Some of the games also required downloads or other equipment to play. If the game is not playable it should not be on the list as it wastes time selecting the game. (i.e Epic Roller Coasters)
There was also some lag with exiting some of the games. Was told to press a button on the control to quit, but this did not always work even after multiple attempts at pressing and holding the button, which got me a bit frustrated. My left control was also not working and when I went to look for assistance the gentleman was no where to be found. I even went next door and I was told he was behind a curtain at the far end of the room which I could not access since another group was playing in the room. I opted to go back to my room and just continued playing with 1 control. 1 of the other guests must have told him we needed help as he eventually came over. Turns out the control was out of batteries so he had to quickly change them for me. Found out later 1 of my kid''s controls was also not working and had to get the batteries changed as well. Not sure why the gentleman didn't ensure ALL controls were in working order when setting us up . VR gaming in general is fun but this whole experience made it very unenjoyable. We will not be returning to VR Noble.

Would not recommend this spot at all. It’s not as advertised on the website and not worth at all the price you pay. Owner claimed there was 55 games, when there was actually only 20-25, majority of which were “simulations” for you just to stand there, not games. No instructions on the games either, so as a beginner VR user it’s very difficult to navigate alone. Afterwards, when we compared those simulations to what was advertised on the website, it was extremely false advertising and nothing compared to the actual experience. When we confronted the owner about this he was very aggressive and defensive even after we pointed out specific games by name, and that they were not actual games. We spent 15-20 minutes and requested a refund after explaining, but the owner wouldn’t give even a partial refund.

The selection of games is tiny compared to other vr arcades I’ve been to, and truly I got bored very fast. The equipment was average and we did get more space to roam around the game. It was multi-roomed. Though I feel you get what you pay for as I feel this is more on the budget side. To conclude, my suggestion is ADD MORE GAMES on the vr’s and maybe give people the option to use other gaming equipment like the racing sets.

I believe VR noble deserves 1 star. But I’m giving it 2 because I still tried my very best to enjoy myself with the situation provided.
To preface, before we started playing our game. My girlfriend and I voiced our concerns about the distance configuration. I was further away in VR than we were in reality, when bringing this concern up with the staff. He moved us around to try and fix it, but when nothing was fixed he started the game immediately. He told us to do our best not to bump into each other.
After the first game, it was by sheer luck and my ability to barely see the ground that I didn’t run into my girlfriend. I brought up the fact that the distance was still off. And the staff member came back in and said “yes it’s 20 degrees off.” And we both asked if it was possible to fix that? And he didn’t answer and just played the next game.
During the third game; the VR headset would slowly start to disconnect and reconnect. I was having many issues, stating that I wasn’t in the boundary when I was.
In the last game; I disappeared probably every 2 minutes. The last game was hardly playable at all.
Overall, worst VR experience. It was definitely not worth $100 for the hour.

First and last time here unfortunately. Me and my partner love VR and usually go to another VR place however we tried Noble because we thought there was more of a variety of games, and it was close by. My main turn off was the lack of communication. I did the Noble Dual package for 60 minutes with my partner, so 2 people playing the same free roaming games. The website shows lots of different games, but when you get there you’re not shown anything… he just put us in the headsets and told us “this is a zombie game”, “here’s the next game”, “this one you’re fighting each other”. Just very vague when the website shows a variety of games to choose from.
Getting set up was good for me, he fixed the blur and my calibration, but my partner was left with the calibration being off, resulting in us hitting each other a number of times. It was so strange, because we would say that it’s not calibrated properly, he would agree that it isn’t lined up, and then tell us to just not to get close to each other. We’re wearing headsets??? I could see him at a distance in VR but he’d be standing right beside me in real life. After expressing multiple times at the beginning and throughout different games, nothing was fixed. It seemed so easy to fix mine, why not fix his? I don’t know if we were being ignored or just left alone in the room, but me and my partner had to look up through the nose area in order to not hit each other, ruining the whole VR effect - which costs a pretty penny... Because my partner’s was off, I could see his character glitching a lot in the games. Again, we were vocal about it but nothing was fixed. We were the only ones in there, so we could have be properly tended to but weren’t. The fact mine was fixed but his wasn’t, showed to us that it’s not a system error but that the staff didn’t care to give us a proper experience.
Half of the games we played today, we had previously played before at another facility in Mississauga. We go there often and when calibrated right, the games are really fun! I believe this would be a lot of fun if we could have chosen the games and if staff properly set up the system. I was really looking forward to this because we would have loved to have made this our new regular VR place but the lack of communication, customer service, and disfunction of equipment just put us off from this place.
I felt compelled to write a review because I would hate for someone else to pay $100 for an hour of VR that sometimes works, with staff that don’t seem to care to give a good experience.

A unique experience but wish there were more multiplayer options and easier set up or adapting to the game. Try super hot and face your fears and look around for things to grab

Played 4 games in one hour. The games were exciting. It’s a nice experience and fun thing to do with friends. The headset was a little uncomfortable to wear but that’s no fault of the business.
There was a huge room with a divider and there was a guy sitting on the other side. It was a little weird but didn’t interfere with the experience.

We asked if he sanitized the headsets and he hesitantly said yes but we never saw him clean any of them even after the last guests. (we used 2 each to switch when there was low battery, he didnt clean them and there was hair stuck in the headset). We asked for help several times but were left waiting the game out a couple times because he was not around. We asked for recalibration and he argued with us for 15 minutes telling us to just follow the instructions instead of helping us recalibrate it. No matter how many times you tell him what isn’t working he keeps telling you to try your best or ignoring your concerns. He couldn’t give hints for the escape because he said he didn’t know how to play it. So the fake phone in the escape game kept ringing for 20 straight minutes and we all had a headache because he wouldn’t tell us what to do. He added heavy batteries on our headsets halfway through which made it twice as heavy and dizzying. He said he gave us an extra half hour to make up for time lost but it was just the 15 minutes that were spent trying to recalibrate. Worst part was probably arguing with us about how to use it when we were asking for help?? I told him to take it and look at it so he can see I’m not calibrated and he ignored that for 5 mins because “the calibration isn’t the issue we’re just not following the instructions”. When he finally took it after yelling at us to just figure it out cause everyone else did, he ALSO struggled to make it work for 10 mins cause it NEEDED RECALIBRATION LIKE WE SAID. He ended up resetting the game after arguing with us and not being helpful. The man was nice until we asked for help and told him the issues, then he got really defensive and said there is no issue, we’re basically the problem, even though he literally needed to fix things 8-10 times. Even if you told him and show him you’re doing what the screen says, he still doesn’t help because he doesn’t think there’s an issue. Lots of time was wasted due to this. The only reason we’re not giving 1 star is because we still did have fun playing the games when they were working. You need a lot of patience with these constantly needing recalibration and even more patience with this man. The vr room is also split by dividers where a couple guys are sitting and working on the other side (in the same room…). Kind of weird but we went with it. We ended up almost knocking the dividers over by following his instructions telling us to reach out of the boundaries. We literally kept hitting the dividers and he still said we weren’t reaching far enough to do what the game wanted. No. We obviously needed to be recalibrated. That was the main issue for a lot of the game breakdown and the catalyst for the argument. Also, when we asked for help and got no response, there were dudes in the same room on the other side of the divider just ignoring us…
