Our experience with Ming at Vistek Mississauga was amazing. I appreciated the time he took as I had two lens options I was looking at. His honesty and expertise helped me make the best decision for the work I do. We drove an hour and half to get there and it was well worth it. Unfortunately, being a woman in a camera store, I've had some questionable experiences, like the salesperson speaking mostly to my husband when he knows absolutely nothing about cameras. Or them having the attitude of knowing so much more than myself, them obviously not knowing that I once was a camera salesperson as well. There was absolutely no chip on Ming's shoulder. He is knowledgeable, yet humble and made my experience today a wonderful. Thank you!

I am really impressed with the high quality of service and the speed of the delivery. We have been buying 20 boxes of Ink and Paper on a regular basis with your sales representative Ms. Kristin Zeidler from Queen Street East in Toronto. Her speed and efficiency has always impressed me and exceed my expectations. Her attention to detail also impressed me.

The customer service provided was exceptionally poor. The company engaged in verbal arguments with customers solely to save a small amount of money. I purchased a camera from them, but it was missing its body cap. Despite my request for a replacement, they refused to provide one, implying that I likely lost it. Consequently, I will never consider purchasing another product from them, even if they are the sole source of that particular item.

Tried to rent some equipment for a very important event I had to shoot. They call me the day of pickup and said they didn't have some of it available because the equipment was never returned, they didn't know when that would happen...they also had no other alternatives. I will never rent from Vistek Mississauga location again. It's too unreliable.

My heart lies in this store. It has almost everything which you can think related to photography and videography. All the products are 100% original with excellent quality. Best thing is you can rent equipments at very cheap prices. I tried one last month (canon RF 70-200mm telephoto lens) and it was a great experience. Looking forward to rent one more this month. Staff is also good, polite and friendly. If you are enthusiastic for any kind of photography and filming then this store is for you.
