Came in with my prescription by doctor. Was told that they don’t accept prescriptions without it being faxed to them which is annoying but understandable, so I drove all the way back home and messaged my doctor to fax them the prescription.
When I came back later that day they looked at it and told me it was all over the counter items so I didn’t need to leave and come back. All they had to do was actually look at what was prescribed originally instead of just brushing me off. They are nice enough but could work on their operating procedures.

I appreciate the quick response however I did show the prescription on my phone to the lady at the cash register who then asked the pharmacist. I believe that is where the disconnect happened. The pharmacist should have come to check it which would have saved us all time instead of just stating procedures without checking if what I had fell under than procedure.

I have used this pharmacy for YEARS. The customer service is unparalleled. All the staff go above and beyond to assist you and answer all your questions. They have even provided me with emotional support, when I have been going through harder times in life. The medical knowledge of the staff is incredible. The pharmacists here know so much more than any physician about medications. As a Registered Nurse, I completely trust the staff here - and I do not take that lightly.A special thanks to Nancy, Sun, and Mina - you have all truly made me feel like I am amongst family when I come in. Terrible experience. The pharmacist, Dr.Tabbara was so rude, full of attitude, and unaccomodating. Never coming back here again and will not reccomend this pharmacy to anyone.

Pharmacist is very RUDE and they don't even give you proper information. Age 25 and under RX should be paid by OHIP.

This use to be an excellent pharmacy. We used this pharmacy for over 20 years. It suddenly went down hill. The final straw was when someone hung the phone up in my mother's ears. They never bothered to call back and said it was an accident. Nancy as always, is a gem, and I always looked forward to dealing with Sun, when she was there. It is so unfortunate what has happened to this pharmacy. They were top notch. Not anymore.

Had an excellent experience buying some Over the Shelf Meds last week. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer service. The pharmacist spent a lot of time explaining to me the difference between Meds and how to apply. Very personalized service compared to other places where they are so busy to even answer my questions. Well done. Highly recommended.

They also give free candy to my son every time he accompanies me. Super friendly staff and amazing service. You can’t go wrong with this pharmacy.

Excellent Pharmacy, very spacious and clean. Friendly pharmacist, got all our Covid test for travel here and all my little ones had a great experience. Pharmacist Gobrail was amazing, highly recommend this place.
