Today I visited them to complain about a vape I bought brand flavor beast 8000 puffs and I believe that the vape has a manufacturing defect because it didn't last for long so I went to to complain and the salesman at the shop Mr Owen was very nice and professional in dealing with me and he gladly replace the vape with a new without any charge. He was so nice and understanding.”
