Simply put, I would not own my dream home without Trent. For the duration of our search for a home up until closing day, he was like a member of the family. Trent was responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and unremarkably professional every step of the way and turned what was supposed to be a very stressful process into a cakewalk!If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Trent assisted me and my colleagues with our move from Halifax to Toronto with a pretty short notice. Worked really hard with us around the clock and made himself available on weekends as well. Ended up with an amazing place in an amazing location with a really quick turn around.

We bought our first investment condo in North York through Trent. We have nothing but amazing things to say about him!Trent is a great communicator. From research phase to execution, we completed the entire process remotely (living out of town and during COVID!) He acted as our ears and eyes and truly made the impossible super easy for us. Trent is very patient, responsive and a great negotiator. He’s resourceful in the condo market in GTA and well connected in the real estate arena. We highly recommend Trent!

Trent is an all-around excellent realtor -- he is professional, makes himself available, and responds promptly. But, the quality that stood out to my finance and me is that Trent cares about his client. Trent put in effort that he was not obligated to give in order to help us find a unit that suited our needs (e.g., location, features, and price) and to make an offer on it that had the highest chances of being accepted. We agree in giving him five stars, and we highly recommend him to anyone (professionals or students) who is looking for a place to live.
